My sister and I visited the chili's in Rainbow City this past Tuesday, celebrating my birthday. We always go to Chili's every year for my birthday and it's amazing. We love it, but this visit left me very unhappy and unsatisfied. Our waitress she was so sweet and attentive. No problems with her. It was the food that was not good this time. I ordered the chicken steak fajitas which is what I get every time, but I could not even chew the steak. The first time they brought it out it was very rare in the middle and I'm sorry I just cannot eat that so I didn't even eat the steak because I didn't want to send it back again. I just ate my chicken and even the rice was overcooked it was crunchy. So I think from now on me and my sister will be going elsewhere for our birthday celebrations.

Tried to place an order online at 9pm. After taking the time to pick out and customize everything I find out I am not allowed to place the order because the restaurant closes in 45 min. Okay cool, I think, I will call it in. I call the restaurant and am told I cannot place an order over the phone but I can come in the store and place a togo order? How ridiculous?! Poor service.

Tammy was my sever as AMAZING! The food was great and everyone there was friendly . It was fast and just so so good . Tammy had them bring it to me exactly how I asked and more. I didn’t even have to ask for refills or to go boxes . She just knew without rushing me

I haven't been to Chili's in years and I was totally surprised by our visit. We did not have to wait to be seated, our waitress was extremely polite and stayed on top of making our dining experience a great one. The menus were easy to read, the prices were not to bad, and the food was delicious. I will definitely go back and the rest of my family agreed on that. Truly the best dining experience we have had in Gadsden in a while. Highly recommend Chili's in Gadsden Alabama.Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old great granddaughter loved her mac and cheese. The kids menu is great and by my granddaughter the food is good.
Tiffany was an awesome waitress! Very friendly and does her job very well. We visit again just to have her serve us again.

Mz Ashley and I stopped while shopping for our new grand daughter. Rachel. Our server, is brand new. We are not regulars at Chili's so we didn't know the menu. Rachel knew the menu. I wanted some changes and she knew all the options.Ashley ordered the Nachos from the appetizer menu.I ordered the 6 ounce sirloin with the loaded Mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. The food came quickly.. The potatoes were hearty with a great cheesy taste and bacon pieces. The corn was gully cooked and so tender. It was easy with a juicy amount of butter loaded on it. The steak was generous in size and flavor. It was served hot and fresh. I enjoyed it. Ashley said the Nachos had no Nachos. Rachel told her all the goodies were between the pitas. The Pico de guyo and the sour cream were on the side. She loved the entire little triangles with cheese and beans in between and the trimmings.Theresa was Rachel's trainer until two days ago. We told her she did a great job. Tanasha is the boss lady at night. She appreciated our praise on Rachel.We will be back next time we visit the most beautiful baby girl in the world, our grand daughter... is Monday too soon?
