Having grown up as a mall rat I would have to say this fits the description of typical food court Chinese food. It's what you would be fine with looking for Chinese food but since it's served hot bar style it could be better if cooked to order. The general Tsos was ok but I wouldn't have guessed the dish. This is the best Chinese food in Gadsden. It is consistently great quality. Always fresh and hot.The same family has owner this restaurant as long as I can remember. I have been eating at this place since the 90’s. Food is constantly great! I have never gotten a bad meal here. I forget about it being there sometimes when I am in town, but when I think about it, I come here for great Chinese food!
