Service great, food delicious, but portion size on the cheese bites were pretty stingy which seems to be consistent at various stores we have visited.

After i ordered my food carelessly forgetting my wife is allergic to Cajun I came back fully expecting to have to pay for another meal because I messed up the order the amazing staff took the first meal instantly and made a new one at no cost and did it with a smile. Genuinely some of the best staff I’ve ever seen.
Supposed to be at 3:00 a.m. came through it was before 3:00 a.m. and they still don't answer their drive-thru
Good burgers fries and sweet tea we went through the drive thru it seems like an accident waiting to happen the inside lanes window is on the side of the building and the outside lanes window is on the front of the building so you have to make a 90degree turn right in front of the cars on the inside lane once the car before you leaves the window as there is only room for 1 car when waiting we were in a f150 pickup my wife was driving and couldn't see when the car left and I could barely see the corner of one tail light from passenger seat like I say confusing and you just have to pray the person in the inside lane doesn't get their order and take off because you literally have to turn right in front of them

My son in law ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no mustard. He got everything and extra mustard. So he took it back and explained that he asked for no mustard. They remade it, but this time they left off the bacon and cheese, so he brought it back again and explained it again. So they remade it again and this time they only put bacon and cheese on it. So he ended up just eating it.. 3 times they made his burger and 3 times the did it wrong! How hard is it to understand that he wanted everything on it except for mustard. My daughter and I had finished eating including dessert before he ever got to eat his first bite. Very disappointed!!!

Was a clean dinning room but wasn't excited about the hamburger. Fries were hot and cheese curds were great!

Be aware of eating at this cookout in Gadsden, Alabama, and let me explain why. There are a few Hispanic workers in the kitchen, and every time I went through the drive-thru, one or two of them would come up to the register, laughing and cracking jokes. At first, I thought it was a fun environment, but eventually, it dawned on me that every time I ate at this location, I felt ill. It finally clicked in my head that these people were laughing because they were tampering with my food. I have Trump stickers on the very back of my Hummer, and I'm 100% sure that they were poisoning my food because of that, and no one could make me think differently at this point.
One evening, after eating my huge burger and drinking my fountain drink, I started to feel really ill and was throwing up all over the place, and soon after, I went to the emergency room, but never connected the two dots - maybe I'm being poisoned by these employees at Cook Out. It never once came to my mind until nearly a month later. After seven emergency hospital visits, no one could figure out what was wrong with me, and I kept thinking, 'Man, what happened? Was I poisoned? What happened to me?' And then, that's when I remembered the cooks constantly laughing every time I would pay for my food at the front window at Cook Out.
I intend to submit a formal complaint to the Gadsden police department and consult with a lawyer to investigate this matter further. I am certain that the employees at Cook Out intentionally contaminated my food because I have Trump stickers on the rear of my Hummer. It is unlikely that the staff would consistently display amusement upon my arrival at the restaurant without provocation.
Whatever you do, avoid using the drive-thru with Trump stickers on your vehicle, as some individuals may tamper with your food. I claim they tampered with mine.

Haven't been here in months and finally went back and it has completely went to shit. You guys need to get that old night shift manager back she definitely made a difference. I used to come in and bring my employees just to show them how a real manager should work! Ty or Tay something in that nature. Haven't seen a work ethic like that in years she made a tremendous impact.
