Went to this location for the first time since they opened. Won't complain about the service because it was very obvious they weren't trained very well. This was evening time, so I ordered double burger fries and a coke. Coke was flat my burger was a bun and two thin meat patties. No lettuce onion pickle tomato or cheese. No ketchup mustard or mayo. My wife ordered the barbecue sandwich that ended up making her sick to her stomach. I normally do not complain, but this was absolutely awful. We ate at the Jacksonville location and loved it. My hope is that management will work on this location and bring it up to the standard I know it can be. If not, this store will not be open long.

My family and I stopped here after a long day and let me say I was very pleased!! The service was top notch, food was super fresh! Although there was a customer acting like a Karen, the employees were super professional and on top of it!! We will definitely be back here soon!!

Fabrice was at the register, he was very helpful and friendly. He handled the single issue I had, which was an ordering error on my end, very well. The store was really clean and well maintained. The food was fresh and delicious.

Food was mediocre and small portions for what I paid. Restaurant was extremely cold, to the point we rushed to eat so we could leave. Outside temperature was 74 after it rained, and felt like 50s inside the restaurant.
Could not get a refill before I left because there was no one at the counter and there were like 4-5 people waiting in line to order.
Need some crowd control in the lobby. Group of 5 African American female teens walked in, didn't order anything and just sat down. Talked loud, laughing loud, screaming/squealing, and being over all annoying. Family sitting across from them left a few minutes before we did, and the adults were talking to themselves about how annoying they were and glad to be leaving.
Overall horrible experience, we will not be back

Fantastic restaurant, top notch service! Food is a great bargain for the money! The Gadsden location is clean , well managed and has great service! I highly recommend the watermelon & strawberry shakes in the summer time!

We had arrived at 10:30 stated on the website and was informed two days prior they open at 10:30am, when we had arrived today we did not get greeted in the drive through and the doors were locked. For 15 minutes me and 10-12 other people waited for them to open the doors, and workers were actively walking past us inside and they were serving through the drive through. I walked over to the windows to ask them to open the doors to get told they don't open until 11 and the lady was very rude about it and wouldn't open the doors. There needs to be sighns on the doors saying when they do and don't open along with updated website information

This is currently my favorite week day dine-out place. The staff are always friendly well trained and courteous. Most importantly the pricing is not artificially inflated due to the COVID thinking. I am boycotting most of the other fast food diners . Since I cannot find any means to justify the price increase post COVID it is as if the powers that be increased the selling price of product and since the public is accepting it they have not adjusted their selling price back to the reasonable profit margin that it should have. Never before in our history have consumers allowed providers to increase their profit this much without losing business. it is time for the American consumer to right the economic equilibrium before father economics does it for us. we know that forcing father economics to fix things is going to be extremely painful. Anyway thumbs up to cookout burgers for their attention to maintaining a reasonably priced meal over maximizing profits on the backs of the consumer.

Went to eat with wife at around 3:20 pm. They had customers fighting in the lobby about something that happened in the parking lot. No one asked anyone to leave and no one called the police. When I asked for corporate's number I got told they weren't going to give it to me.
My wife and I could not have a nice peaceful meal. When I googled the number for corporate a very uninterested and bad attitude person shrugged me off.
I will never eat here again. I will never go to this place again.

I’m gonna be the one to say it, I this this Cookout is over rated. 1.I took my son and his two friends late night. The guy on the drive thru greeted us and asked how he could help us. I gave the entire order for four people. It goes silent for just a minute then he comes back and says “I’m gonna need you to repeat all of that. I was busy helping another customer.” So why’d you ask me what I wanted? I don’t mind waiting at all. 2.The same night, 2 of my 4 orders were completely wrong. Food missing and the wrong food entirely. There was ZERO syrup in one of the drinks, just all carbonation. I know you can’t see that usually but you can 100% hear it when it happens because the drink machine starts making noises. 3.The drive thru itself is absolutely ridiculous especially when hen the restaurant just opened and they knew it’d be swamped, because let’s face it, Gadsden floods new places to eat when they open. 4.The burger patties are extra thin and get lost in everything else on there. However they have a phenomenal taste so that does help. Go to Jacksonville Cookout if you want a good one! Sorry guys.
