Love the bakery BUT a friend asked me to pull up a list of your items so he could decide what to buy AND after spending 20 minutes on your website I STILL COULDN’T FIND ANYTHING THAT CAME CLOSE TO A LIST OF WHAT I’VE SEEN IN THE STORE!
I’ve patronized Cothran’s for years because I love their doughnuts. I went in this morning and I patiently waited my turn in line and I was never acknowledged. A lady walked in and walked straight to the register and I was completely overlooked and her order was fulfilled. This was very frustrating and bad for business. As much as I love Cothran’s, this makes me think twice about going there.

pleasant professional positive attitudes make this an experience worth tellings others about. cotherines has the very best donuts under Krispy Kreme, but when Cotherine's donuts are fresher, they are even better than Krispy kremes. it's a tough donut that contends with Krispy Kreme. there is no other name in donuts... besides Cotherines.

I requested a red velvet cake with flowers as design. Despite telling the gentleman on the phone what I wanted, he designed the cake to his preference. Too bad he isn't paying for the cake he made to his preference. Even the writing seems very generic. Nothing about the cake ignites pleasure for a birthday. I'm disappointed as the flowers I requested were to match the flowers given as a gift. Next time, I'm ordering via Walmart & save $ Fool me once shame on them. Jessica, when informed, offered to have me return the cake to add flowers,but I couldn't return a cake that was already given to the recipient.

Called to have a rainbow cake made for a birthday. Happens to be Pride month Not only did they say no, they hung up. They can choose who to sell to. Just think they should have “nothing gay sold here” posted somewhere so folks know they are like that.
I've been going here since I was a child! Now my child is 10 and I've gotten his Bday cake there the past 2 years. PHENOMENAL. Plus we eat goodies there all the time. Shootout to Jessyka for always taking good care of me!!!
