Should be shut down by the way my engagement cake looks. Literally paid for a cake that we more than likely CANT use. Contacting corporate as we speak
Went through today and ask for a Carmel Shake with the dip top chocolate which used to be called a mocha chip shake. I was told shakes cannot be modified?? Really? I worked at DQ for 7 years I know better. Horrible service!

Please employ happier workers. We were greeted by a young lady that looked like if she smiled her face would crack.
She handed us our drinks a d the ice cream was running down the side of the cups.
Had to get napkins to wipe off cups. The. shake was so thin and flavorles, it was like pink water. so disappointed. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being bad I would give this dairy queen a 2. They did have napkins this time.

Inside the restaurant, some staff members have been observed not following proper hygiene practices, which has led to concerns about food preparation. The service can be inconsistent, with some staff members being rude and others being sweet and understanding. The drive-thru speaker has been broke for a long time and it’s very hard to hear them taking your order. There are only two ladies working in the entire restaurant on a Saturday at lunch time. Burgers are quite good, and the flame thrower is recommended.
