People here were nice. Took awhile to get our food. Thank you unknown customer for not wanting your strawberry butterfinger blizzard! It was delicious! Lol

I'm really guessing at food taste, etc. Called to inquire about an ice cream cake order for my mom next week. Got a voice-mail and 3 choices. 1st was to place an order to go.. but I needed to inquire about size, costs, and details. So, I pressed 1. Then another voice-mail stating they're too busy to take a call but I could leave a message. Didn't want a call back bc I wanted to surprise her. Honestly, if you're to busy to answer a call then how can you be trusted to make a special cake order. My mom has fond memories of a DQ in Anniston spanning 67 yrs ago. I hate that I couldn't get a simple, small, choc, ice cream cake w choc icing for her 89th bday. Shame on the economy forcing cuts in staffing and the most important business necessity needs. At least I HOPE that's what it was caused by instead of laziness and customer UN-appreciation. Won't be wasting time or $ at DQ since they can't be bothered with me.

Hey! I came to this DQ about 1 month ago and the ice cream was delish! I got a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate and it was so so good, if you have never been to this particular DQ you have to try it the service and food is amazing :)

Have been 4 times here and will never go back. Slow and lazy service everytime. I would give 0 for service if possible. Takes forever to get order taken. And they fix them in no order. Long waits for food or dessert. . Needs new management desperately.

There are only two ladies working in the entire restaurant on a Saturday at lunch time. The owners need to come in and help the people that help buy their fancy homes and cars. - Give these ladies a bonus for working hard. 7/19/25

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star! On a friday night of 7/18/2025, I went through the drive to be only told they were closed already. Issue I have is that it was 10pm and the closing times on the window and internet says 10:30pm. Even had a worker come over intercoms and say “we had to close at 10 tonight”. I would understand if it was 10:25pm, but the clock just struck 10pm with me sitting at the intercom waiting on the worker to answer. I’ll be calling corporate and reaching out to the store manger. And then I will never go back! STAY AWAY GADSDEN, GO TO JACKSONVILLE, or OXFORD WHERE THE SERVICES, and FOOD IS BETTER AND DON’T CLOSE OVER 30 minutes early.
