The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are quick to take my order and Phil it even though it is very complex. I buy it every Friday. The fact that They have a gluten free bun With such a variety of veggies and condiments is wonderful. The taste is superb!

I ordered a sandwich to go. It was not made correctly. They refused to offer me a new one. They said I had to bring the sandwich back in for a replacement. That was yesterday. I threw the sandwich away. I have my receipt still no resolution from the manager. I will not be returning!! And I'm also not impressed with the associates. No customer service at all and I wasn't even greeted at the register. I spoke with management. Still no response.

Food was good but the workers wouldn't stop having a religious debate out loud over the music the entire time we were dining in. Pretty annoying when you just want to eat your food and you got all the workers Jesus yapping.

Food was good. People didnt seem super happy. Maybe because I refuse to tip for counter service where they dont do anything but take your order and hand you a cup like every other fast food establishment. Starting to boycott places that hit you with the iPad tip window for doing nothing but handing you what you order.
