I did an online order. The two ladies left out my bowl of chili and there was long pieces of hair in my food. I called the store to talk to someone and they put me on hold. They had me on hold for a long period of time, so I hung up and called again. The phone went to the busy signal.

My first time having firehouse subs was Friday nite. I had the jerked turkey sub. And omg it was amazing. The cashier was sooo friendly and told me how she like to get hers. So basically I enjoyed it so much I went back last nite and got the same sandwich. And once again everyone was friendly and welcoming. You have amazing workers and amazing food!!!! Can’t wait to go back again!!!

Called in Ahead. Order not ready. Walked up to the counter to pay. Paid , order still not ready. Had to wait 5 min before anybody would even take my money. Got told they were working on my food.(2 basic hot sandwiches, not a large order) Waited at a table and watched 3 different groups order after me and get their food. Still they have not called my name.....Walk up to counter to ask about my order. Worker is clueless when I give my name and asks what I ordered. He then walks over to the register area and finds my food which is now cold. No discount or refund offered. Manager implied it was my fault because I called in my order ahead???LAME!!!

Yesterday, I purchased 2 large Hook & Ladder subs ... worst sandwiches ever!!!There was hardly any meat but a ton of lettuce. Wasn’t going to post anything but ... for $27.50, I think I am entitled to. I would have taken these sandwiches back but since it is a 14 mile drive, I just will not ever go back. I do not recommend this place!
