Understaffed, cold food and waitress had poor demeanor. The table was also unclean. I would avoid this place like the plague. It progressively gets worse by the week. Other better choices in the area.

I am honestly surprised by the reviews because my wings were delicious my only concern was the amount of season on the fries they were so salty and honestly I was surprised by the wing size they were actually wings not these small barely any meat wings.

As others have experienced, very bad. No sauce at all on one order, and wrong sauce on the other. Tasted like boiled chicken. We threw it out. Also, this is a ghost kitchen at chili's on rainbow drive. Just plain garbage.

Possibly the worst Chili's we've ever been to. The food portion size was small, served luke-warm, without any flavor, and incredibly overpriced. Service was by a guy who may not have bathed for awhile and was in no hurry. I suspect they are understaffed. Avoid here like the plague.

Horrible! I ordered from doordash, 16 piece combo half lemon pepper, half Buffalo. I paid for extra sauce. I didn’t get any sauce & the lemon pepper wings arrived plain and lightly cooked. ? Fries were soggy and had something green in it. First and last time ordering from them.

These wings was hands down the best I've had in gadsden. I got the apple BBQ and I gave never had BBQ wings taste that good. Food got here fast and was fresh.

I had the special that included the "Monthly Margarita", choice of soup/salad, and several entree selections for $10. This is a great deal. My entree included 6 sweet/sour chicken fingers, fries and corn on the cob. The potato soup was wonderful, the corn was just perfect with large kernels and the chicken- WOW.

First off, the main dining area was frigid. When asked, our waitress said the air conditioner was always on because they were across the street from the hospital. I did not make that up. I'm sure someone made her believe that was somehow true as she was sincere. We arrived at 7:15. We finally received our entrees at 8:10. Out of four orders, only one was piping hot. Two orders arrived without the side dishes. After we finished eating, we requested our dessert. Fifteen minutes later we decided we just needed our ticket so we could pay and go home instead of continuing to wait on dessert. Probably the worst restaurant experience I've had in years. Probably going to be a long time before I try this location again.

I'm sorry to be so critical, I love the Chili's chain, but we ordered two simple lunch sandwich plates and were disappointed at both. Bread was stale on both,and hard as a rock, and the chicken was so raw on my wife's plate she couldn't eat it. Neither of us could eat the fries because they had a strange taste of old fish grease or something. Service was poor, even though we were the only customers except for a few brave police officers. Suggest more training for cooking staff and waitress staff.
