Absolutely terrible experience at Gadsden Yogurt Time. We paid for the $6 no-weigh fill up — which their own advertisement says “fill it up your way, no-weigh fill up, with as many toppings as you can fit in your cup.” Yet some rude old lady rolled her eyes at us and told my wife she “couldn’t prepay” and that her cup was “too full.” That’s literally the point of the deal. Instead of leaving us alone, she kept hovering around like she was trying to catch us doing something wrong. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and enough to make sure none of us ever come back.

Terrible Experience – Never Coming Back
I normally don’t leave reviews, but this was about my mother and I’m not leaving it unsettled because of the disrespect from this old lady. My family went into Gadsden Yogurt Time for the $6 no-weigh fill up and paid, no problem. We sat down to eat, and then an old woman walked in, rolled her eyes at us with pure disgust, and had the audacity to tell my mother she “couldn’t prepay” and that she “filled her cup too full.” Excuse me? Their own advertisement says “fill it up your way — no-weigh fill up — with as many toppings as you can fit in your cup.” That means you fill the cup and that’s it. The cups are already small, so trying to squeeze extra money out of customers is ridiculous not to mention false advertisement.
On top of that, the yogurt I got tasted like straight-up chemicals. If this is the quality they’re serving, no wonder people complain. And really, what’s the deal with arguing about “prepay” when the whole promotion is no-weigh, one set price? Makes zero sense.
Instead of leaving us alone, this woman kept coming back and watching us like we were criminals. The whole thing was rude, uncomfortable, and pathetic. I’ve already told the rest of my family, and they all agreed we won’t be coming back. Honestly, this is probably why they shut down the first time.

They only had a few flavors. The machines looked dirty and the people in the front could care less. Just on their cell phones
Lady at the counter was nice and that's about all! Paid $16.00 for two cups of yogurt! Outrageous! I'm pretty sure that I won't go back!......and only had 4 flavors t o choose from!.....did I mention the $16.00?
