I didn’t even want to leave one star. But I has to. It was the worst experience I’ve had in 40 years of my life . We got there at 8:15 . There was only 2 of us . At 8:50 we asked for a refund . Because we had never gotten our food . So many other customers was in their complaining . Their orders was messed is their food was nasty . The store was absolutely disgusting . The grill they was cooking on made me sick to my stomach when i saw it . The man fixing food was touching his face with no gloves on and fixing customers food. I’ve never on my life experienced anything like this . I will NEVER come back to this restaurant. Everyone needs to be let go and restart the whole crew . No one send a sense of urgency to fix anyone’s food or the problems . The manger there was mad because it was busy and she didn’t care about anything else going on. Worst experience of my life!!! So glad my husband got our money back and we left because all the food looked absolutely disgusting

Don’t trust google maps for times, says 11pm close time, but 3 nights in the past 2 weeks and they’ve closed at 10. It’s a shame they say they’re open till 11pm when they aren’t. Fix your times so people aren’t given false hope.

I've never been disappointed with this Jack's. Their service is fast and efficient and their staff is friendly.
Went through to pick up 2 country fried steak dinners. When I got home instead of country fried steak they put hamburger patty’s. I called another Jacks to make sure that I wasn’t confused about what I should have received and of course I was not. They chose to substitute my fried steak with hamburger patty. They didn’t ask me if I was ok with the substitution just chose to change what I ordered. It’s the worst service you can possibly receive.

First time going to Jack's. Will probably be the last. I ordered a large French fries and a sweet tea. The tea was fine. The fries were way to salty. I tossed over three quarters of them in the trash. Just couldn't eat them.

I had a simple order that I placed three times, and each time it was incorrect. I am curious as to why fast food workers do not seem to care about the accuracy of the orders they fulfill. Additionally, I am concerned about the lack of managerial oversight that allows for such poor service. While I appreciate the offer to rectify the situation, the appeal of fast food is the immediacy of the service, and I do not have the time to return to the establishment. I would like to suggest that the hiring process be revised to ensure that employees are genuinely interested in providing quality service, as the current practices are detrimental to the business's reputation and success.
Took a little long to get food out, however it was an amazing dinner. Friendly staff and surprisingly amazing food.
