I visit your restaurant at least twice a week sometime more. I only do drive thru .my issue is the cleanliness of your pick up window .dead moths and flies and garbage on the ground. I know your location by the water is the reason for the moths BUT would probably take 5 or 10 minutes to wash it off before opening.Just a turn off when you're picking up food

We got my kids chicken biscuits and the chicken was HUGE! One of my kids has a sensory issue and only eats certain foods but is always craving these biscuits now so that’s a huge win

They can never seem to get the orders correct when you use the app for some reason. Not to mention that they won't correct items if they are out of them or don't have enough of something they tell you to call customer service and they will fix it for you. It's ridiculous. What's the point in even using the app at all? It doesn't make things easier by any means. Get it together. By the way this is for all the locations not just this one.

Somehow, I love this restaurant because of the location by the lake is amazing🙏🏼😀 This place should have become the tourist attraction for the nation to come and see and enjoy it. Everything great good food very juicy chicken, Great coleslaw, homemade almost and juicy chicken great biscuit and the atmosphere beautifully inside and outside and the patio with tables and umbrellas, beautiful

I've been a long time fan of Jack's, but this one was a huge disappointment. The food was lukewarm at best. Please do better Jack's! I know it was not "lunch time" or "supper time" but the food should still be fresh.
