Whatever they've done to their chicken tenders, they shouldn't have. Not only are they super small for the price, but they also look like fish and have a very heavy garlic seasoning on them. Jacks used to have some of the best chicken tenders around. Not anymore.
Food was delivered slow and somewhat over cooked. Then the waitress tell us they have no forks(or sporks) when there is a Dollar General across the road????!!! Yeah, they didn't move in high gear for anything. BUT 10 costumers came back asking why they didn't have forks and no napkins. Maybe they learned their lesson. As of 7-23-24 the customer service has increased and they show honor to veterans like my Dad, their food has been excellent and supplies are always available with clean tables and seats and employees now move like a food service should. Thank you, Jack's and family for your good food and service.

The young lady was real rude and kept trying to end my order before I could get done then my food was cold, I got a bacon cheese biscuit and the biscuit had way to much butter and was very hard the bacon was so tough I couldn't chew it and the cheese was beside the biscuit instead of being in it like it should have been
