This location has really gone downhill. The sausage biscuits were been hard and nasty and ended up having to be thrown away.

this past experience was the worst ive ever had, food was cold, fries weren't seasoned or cooked all the way, and sauce WAS NOT made right. I used to work here and I can tell you the quality is way worse than it was then

Out of coffee by eleven am and was told that they would not make any more until later, in the afternoon, what kind of a breakfast Fast food chain runs out of coffee and refuses to make more in the morning because it is too much work.

Stopped in for breakfast on my way home from work around 4:15am. Was told that they weren't serving anyone yet and were still working on opening. Made sure to double check the hours and it shows they open at 4:00.
One of my favorite places for apple or strawberry creme pies. Yum.

I have been to this location a lot, but never have I encountered anyone with such a caring heart as James. He is always at the drive-thru and has the most upbeat and positive personality. His happiness brings a smile to your face. He always checks my order, and since I have been through there the past two days, my food has been hot and fresh every time. I sure wish every drive-thru had a James. I seriously hope Jack's appreciates James as much as we do. He is definitely sunshine on a cloudy day. One of the BEST employees at this location.

We usually come here once a week since we don't live far but tonight may be the last time. We both got 4 pc chicken fingers. 2 out our 4 pieces are smaller than our pinky and the fries had no salt on them. My milk shake was barely mixed and was half full.
