I have been to this location a lot, but never have I encountered anyone with such a caring heart as James. He is always at the drive-thru and has the most upbeat and positive personality. His happiness brings a smile to your face. He always checks my order, and since I have been through there the past two days, my food has been hot and fresh every time. I sure wish every drive-thru had a James. I seriously hope Jack's appreciates James as much as we do. He is definitely sunshine on a cloudy day. One of the BEST employees at this location.

We usually come here once a week since we don't live far but tonight may be the last time. We both got 4 pc chicken fingers. 2 out our 4 pieces are smaller than our pinky and the fries had no salt on them. My milk shake was barely mixed and was half full.

The last 3 times I’ve went to jacks and they barely give you any gravy for your biscuit even after saying something at the drive-through, mind blown!!!
We tried the chicken pot pies. It was a small hand-held fried pie...like a apple pie. The outside was the same as an apple pie, inside creamy chicken with some vegetables.
