I have been to this location a lot, but never have I encountered anyone with such a caring heart as James. He is always at the drive-thru and has the most upbeat and positive personality. His happiness brings a smile to your face. He always checks my order, and since I have been through there the past two days, my food has been hot and fresh every time. I sure wish every drive-thru had a James. I seriously hope Jack's appreciates James as much as we do. He is definitely sunshine...

We always enjoy Jack's. Nothing beats Jack's breakfast like there double biscuits and gravy. And fir lunch there chicken fingers are to die for. And for dinner there big bacon or a chicken sandwich you can't beat it. There is something for everyone at Jack's.

the food is good as always. and the service was prompt and professional, but not too friendly. that's okay though I don't stop at Jack's to make friends.
the manager might be a tough woman to work for because she's always nothing but business. I can respect a tough manager. you got to be tough to make high school kids work.
