Just left there, eating for the first time, haven't even took a bite yet, but wanna say that ur entire team rocks. The entire store was friendly, fast, and paid attention to everyone in the store. Recommend totally

the assistant manager was way to talkative asking about my personal life. I just came in to get a sandwich. Not to be asked a lot of questions.

The assistant manager was so rude and I hope he finally grows a pair 🤣 I'm never coming back well at least until there is a new assistant manager.

My first visit at an location of this brand. Honestly not great. The sliced by hand definitely seemed to be a time consuming problem. The topping selection is subpar. They never asked my bread selection. They assumed, ok. The one associate was very talkative and engaging with the guests. Overall, I will stick with Subway.

Hands down the best Jersey Mike’s location I’ve ever been to. The manager and his crew were extremely kind and made me feel genuinely comfortable. The place was spotless, and even with how busy they were, they moved quickly without making anything feel rushed. Dayson managed the whole situation perfectly, and everyone behind the counter was friendly and conversational. You can tell they actually enjoy talking with customers. Outstanding service all around.

I had a great experience at Jersey Mike's in East Gadsden. Dayson gave superb customer service. He called me by name upon entering the store making me feel special. Gabe and RC were so very helpful with any questions I had about my sandwich. They really made me feel like I was home away from home. Extremely friendly and fast service! I can't wait to return!

I don't normally do reviews but this place was great - Came twice, once for pickup for wife and later for me, they were a little behind getting me the wife's order but I got offered a free drink. Communication was great, Some of the best customer service ive ever had. They were really busy. Just left again with me a sandwich adm service was just as good. Will be returning. !😁

Update: returned today to find out that very same manager was fired. Will not be returning.

The level of professionalism that Dayton and Matea are unmatched. These two were super friendly and inviting. It showed that they took pride in their work and they truly make Jersey Mike’s shine.

Went in today and witnessed the sweetest thing. There was an older man and a little boy that came in. The lady recognized the little boy as a regular and asked him his name. She gave the little boy his sandwich on the house and thanked him for being a big jersey mikes fan. That little boy left with the biggest smile on his. You don't see kindness like this everyday anymore.

Left a review a few days ago for the interaction I had at the store. My husband wanted Jersey Mikes today for lunch and convinced me to give them another try. Food was hot and fresh but service well it was the same crew as 2 days before and they clearly remembered and they had read the previous review. Instead of trying to be kind and give better service they instead were short cold and made us highly uncomfortable talking about me where we could clearly know that’s what they were doing! We did watch our sandwich’s be made just in case. The grill person was nicer than the manager/shift lead this time. Clearly the few days prior wasn’t just a bad day.

Was here around lunch today and the store was very busy. I believe they were understaffed, however the employees were doing their best and making things happen! Very friendly and respectful

Placed an order at 12:19pm arrived to pick up at 12:26pm….when I walked in the employee SCREAMED pick up and DoorDash will be 20 mins or longer and the grill person screamed an hour!! I said you don’t have to be so rude! She said she wasn’t just busy. I said no that’s rude and I would like a refund! She did not apologize for screaming! She did give refund. Maybe you shouldn’t take online orders if you cannot accommodate them! I left and went to Firehouse for a nice welcome and hot sandwich! I can understand busy but I will not understand screaming before you even know if I’m a walk in or pickup!

I would prefer to talk to someone but I’m almost certain the one doing the screaming was the one in charge of the store so no point in calling the local store.
