Jersey Mike's Subs

I love jersey mikes sandwiches, but this place is understaffed, which means even if it is a very short line, you may be stuck waiting a long time while one employee tries to do multiple jobs. Definitely not the employees fault, they are working harder than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest. And don’t tell me no one wants to work. People will work if well compensated and treated fairly.

Seriously, the best sandwiches we have had in a long while. The guy making our sandwiches obviously cared about what he was doing, and it showed. In an age where people seem to care less and less about much of anything, we were grateful to see that. I recommend the chicken Philly, and my husband says his Italian beat the sandwiches he’s had at Publix in recent years. Thanks random Gadsden Jersey Mikes guy, we’re glad we stopped as we passed through!

This is as by far the nicest, cleanest and most organized Jersey Mikes I have ever visited. The store was very clean, meticulously stocked and organized. If ever back in the area, I will definitely be back. Well done!

Everyone here seems miserable. Lunch crew don’t smile or greet you & literally like you are an inconvenience. Very unfriendly service.
This isn’t a one time service, It’s every time we come in here.

I ordered a cold sub, the #9. I usually order only hot subs but this was a great change of pace. The only issue I had was I wanted a little more bacon, but the sub overall was good.

Even after unwrapping, my sandwich Could have been in a commercial! But better yet, everyone was so courteous and polite.

Order 2 lg. Roast beef with double meat on both got home not. I call she ask me was it 12 -14 pieces of meat I look at it was small and big pieces how do u count that she ask the one who made it course he said he did put DBL meat .I told her I got them before and it had DBL.meat on them. She said probably the way it cut no i work at sub shops before the meat has to be cut the same thickness if not that would not be the Jersey way it would be different each time .Lone story short pay 50.00 and tip and i was still wrong never said sorry r nothing just took the one who make it word customer don't matter no more like I wanting to lie about DBl meat when I pay 50 .00

What can I say but yumm,yumm,yummy,,. If you like freshly cut meat and cheese, on classic subs. Then this is the sub shop for you!! The bread is just as awesome as what goes on it!! The app is a time saver on busy days when you barely have time to change your mind. The in store service is quick friendly and accurate really i honestly can't think of how the could do a better job. Oh yeah shore points!!! As you buy the great food you build points toward free food!! There it did get better who knew!buyer beware if you leave home to get a sub if you get there at 8:50 you will not be getting your food. Why because even though the door and I turned says they close at 9:00. They choose to close 10 minutes early. As much as I love the sandwiches I'll be going back to subway.

First time coming to this restaurant and I can honestly say it is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The staff was extremely nice and the food was amazing.

From the time we walked through the door, all you could see and hear was literally 4 to 5 employees behind the counter not communicating with the customers at all, but rather with each other in loudly tones voices. They were cussing and making fun of each other, degrading each other, you name it and they were proudly doing it in front of around 4 customers counting us minus the two that were leaving shaking their heads out the door. Once we got to the front of the line and ordered the girls were extremely rude, got us all the way to the checkout point and sold us combo meals not mentioning that they had no ice whatsoever in the machine. We didn't even let her know that because within a second she was now in the back of the store laughing and carrying on with the other employees about how funny it was at what she had done. I will never do business with this place again, I have a huge influence on many people that will also never do business here again. This place is extremely rude and unprofessional and unfortunately this event has lost a lot of business. Perhaps if they were willing to compensate for the horrible experience I would reconsider doing business here again.
