The food here is absolutely delicious; it is fresh, balanced, and full of flavor. I’ve tried a lot of Thai places, and this is hands down the best across several counties. Everything tastes homemade and perfectly done every time.

Ordered sweet rice with egg custard (asked for no egg custard). For $6.35, I got… a tiny lump of sticky rice that could fit in the palm of my hand. If you enjoy paying full meal price for something that feels like a complimentary bite at a tasting event, this is the place for you. Otherwise, be prepared: Kati Thai’s “to-go” now means less food, more bill.
One of our favorite Thai restaurants!

Our experience in ordering carry out from Kati Thai on Friday. I phoned ahead of time at 6 PM and was instructed the wait time for take out orders was 40 minutes. The lady taking my order seemed frustrated that I even wanted to place an order and was extremely rude on the phone. She reinforced a 40 minute wait at the end of my order. Upon arrival to the restaurant at 6:40, the process of cooking our food had not even begun. The hostess instructed my husband in simpler terms that he should be more patient, and maybe reconsider frequenting a busy restaurant on a Friday night for take out. Our food was prepared and handed over to us around 7PM (meanwhile a couple entering the dining room upon our arrival was served prior to our take out completion.) There was one apology from a staff member as my husband left the restaurant and a condescending have a good night from another. This isn't our first rude or unpleasant encounter with Kati Thai, but it definitely will be our last as there are many other establishments within the area that would actually like business on a Friday night (take out or otherwise). No amount of good food can replace adequate customer service.

The food tasted great, the dining room was quite loud and we could tell our server was overwhelmed with customers because she had a difficult time getting back to our table. That wasn't an issue with her, it was just the fact that she had almost no help.

Really shocked with how good this Thai place is. The flavors were BOLD, the choices and portions were really good, and the prices were great!
💫BE MINDFUL OF HOURS OF OPERATION
-Closed Sun/Mon
-CLOSES FOR 2 HRS from 2p-430p Tue/Wed/Thu
The restaurant is small so just beware if you want to come with a group larger than 6.
‼️GET THE POTSTICKERS!! if you like a little spice and red curry/coconut flavor these were really great. It’s just steamed potstickers but the sauce…wow chefs kiss
💔Only complaint is that the summer rolls are only served after 5pm (why? It’s all fresh ingredients easy to have ready that are part of any other dish)
💔They were out of cabbage for my tofu and vegetable soup. I requested extra of the other veggies in its place but 2 strikes in a row for an appetizer wasn’t amazing

Wow, WOW WoW. We were awestruck at the fantastic tasty food they served. The ambience was very welcoming and the servers were good and friendly. We ordered a couple of different entrees and they were delicious. The drunken noodles and the drunken rice were awesome. I highly recommend for a family outing at this place.

We were hungry after our trial walk at the noccalula falls park and looked up for a restaurant on Google. We found this Thai place and it was the best choice made. The food was delicious! Staff was kind and friendly which added to a positive experience.

The BEST yellow curry chicken I’ve had in decades!! I ordered the hottest they offered and my son got the regular, the 4 pepper was very spicy but not overpowering and the flavor was on point!! Will definitely be going back again!!

We recently were in town visiting our family nearby, and this place came up in our discussion of good places we should try. We were really, really impressed with Kati Thai as soon as we came in the door. The atmosphere and decor was nice and the waitress was very pleasant as well. We got a dinner portion, Pad Thai, and a lunch special chicken fried rice. Both were priced reasonably and tasted delicious. We were really happy that we came here!! Can't wait to come back in the future.

Food was excellent. Everyone like what they got. I had the garlic pepper chicken. Server led me correctly on the 2-3 peppers for spice level. Server was great he stayed on top of drinks well. Highly recommend trying it

I was ripped off and will not be back. The food was fair and the service mediocre, but then I was overcharged for my meal by nearly 50%. When I questioned the added cost, first he lied about the price on the menu (which I pointed out) and then he claimed it was because we asked for more lemons on drink refills(!). I didn’t press things due to being there with friends, but I will never set foot in this restaurant again. Congratulations, you have taken some of my money today, but you won’t see any more of it ever again.
