This is the slowest place I've ever seen in my life we went through drive through sat in like for 10 minutes finally when they took out order we waited at the window for another 10 minutes they told us to pull forward and waited another 20 minutes we went inside and they said itd take another 10 to 20 minutes to make macaroni and cheese wont come here again

This place is table u stand in line 5 min drive thru person looks at u a male while the manger talks about over time and i know i was seen I’ve worked fast food never seem place like this This establishment operates on a table service model. Customers must stand in line for approximately five minutes before being served at the drive-thru window. The male employee at the window briefly glances at the customer while the manager discusses overtime policies. I am certain that I was observed. I have previously worked in the fast-food industry, and I have never encountered a place that operates in this manner.

I went to KFC to buy chicken and there was teenage kids that does not know how to make chicken how can you run a store when you don't have managers that can help them make the chicken up that is bad for business.

I ordered 2 Dbl mash meals. I was told it would be a 25 minute wait. After waiting over 20 minutes or more my food was bought out to me. I get home and they gave me all breast/wings 3 thighs and 2 legs. The meal should have been all dark meat. I was not asked if i wanted to take whatever they had. If they would have offered I would still rather wait. Freaking Ridiculous I live 30 minutes away in when i called and spoke to the manager all she can say is I apologize and if you bring it back it will be await!! After looking in both boxes we had 2 legs and 4 thighs I am highly upset!!! I’ve packed up the remaining chicken and will bring it back Thursday when I am in the area. For a refund

Ordered chicken pot pie and paid for it. Manager said that she told staff that they didn’t have chicken pot pies. They gave us chicken fingers instead, mash potatoes and biscuit, and also two pie poppers as a substitute because we already had paid. The sweet tea had no ice and tasted like brown water. The food quality was mediocre. The chicken tasted like 2 herbs and spices instead of eleven, and only thing that was good was the mash potatoes and gravy!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! went in there just tonight, food was cold, ESPECIALLY the nacho fries. Register said “no lettuce” so i expected no lettuce on my taco, even after saying plain. i told them the fries tasted like soap, they proceeded to laugh and tell me “we don’t make it, we just put it in there”. tried telling me she couldn’t remake it EVEN AFTER SEEING THE FOOD. Some worker with glasses and braids, was laughing in my face like she doesn’t make minimum wage??? over all horrible experience, very rude workers who will laugh in your face. do not recommend and i hope they see this and know who i am🥰🥰 xoxo

The place always looks ran down, the dining room in particular looks like crap 90% of the time im there and do not go here often but its always looks messy, while there are a few employees there that do give a crap the rest either dont care or they on something

Stopped to get lunch and wish I went elsewhere. We got the discovery box and two of the steak grilled cheese burritos and when we got it they had forgotten half of what comes in the box and we had to have it made , didn’t put the tortilla strips in the steak grilled cheese burrito and when I asked about if I could get a little cup of them I was told I’d be charged cause there is some in it and when I told them these was none she told me they are actually out that’s why there wasn’t any in it but couldn’t tell me that before I ordered it . To top it all off nothing was melted so if you’re debating on going here or somewhere else pick the other place ..

Ordered a family meal through the app. They gave us the wrong order initially, but caught it shortly after handing it to us. We were able to finally get our order. Our actual order ended up missing 3 items(2 sides) from our order.
