I ordered chicken pot pie, like I have before at KFC, and it was not good at all. It was mainly juice, hardly no veggies, and very "watery". My friend ordered 3 piece, and the crust was nothing like the original crust used to be. I won't go back to KFC. It's changed so much.

Late lunch while traveling for 2 people. Chicken appeared old and was very greasy. Tenders were stale and tasted like cardboard. The gravy on the potatoes had zero flavor. The biscuits were broken and didn’t look or taste like biscuits. Doors were locked when I attempted to return tray and get drink refills at about 2 pm.

The chicken is always over cooked and it's dark and greasy. By no means is it tender. I think Gadsden is the worse original chicken. I've eat KFC everywhere and has been the same taste, but Gadsden KFC is in a different world yuck!!!!

Waited 20 minutes for our food then asked employee about it. He apologized, got our ticket and said he would get it and he did so immediately. A minute or so layer he also brought us freshly made biscuits. He did an excellent job to accommodate us and to make sure we were well taken care of so I’d like to give a kudos to Jakori Dixon at the Meighan Blvd. location. Thank you for your kindness!
