I live in Albertville, yes I drove 30+ minutes to get some doughnuts. 3 duz and they was all stale as bricks. I called and manger sounded like he didn't even want to clock in. Sunday 8:40 11-16-2025. He told me to bring them back and he will replace them. So now after hearing him, I don't think I will be driving another hour for stale doughnuts. So if you read this far, don't waist you time and money here. God bless 🙏. And as you can see people they don't even respond them selves. Just the same sorry with your name. No we will make it right. Smh, R.I.P. Kris! Now if you love some great doughnuts, Tasty doughnuts in Guntersville. Always did me right. 5star!

We came through last night and got a half dozen doughnuts. I’m not one to complain but they were the worst doughnuts I’ve ever had. Some were stale and some were hard as a rock. I’m sorry but I expect better if I’m paying 16$ for 6 doughnuts.

Man I love Krispy Kreme but this trip I tried the salted caramel doughnut and the doughnut was delicious but there was only maybe a dime sized amount of filling in it.. I was like what the heck this donut was 4 bucks and has hardly any filling.. that's ridiculous. It took all the enjoyment out . Other than that I have nothing but good things things to say about ole Krispy Kreme. Beautiful ladies work there. They're so kind and lovely smiles on their faces. The overall atmosphere is awesome and the store itself is simply grand. Thanks Krispy Kreme. Try to add more filling in the doughnuts please.
