Stopped here while in Gadsden AL on a job. They had the hot donut sign on so we had to stop. Fresh and tasty just how you would expect them. Went to the bathroom and it was nasty so I took 2 stars from the atmosphere. Other than that, yummy donuts!! ?
Multiple times I've stopped by this KK before the closing time of 10 or 11, and they have already closed. Google and the KK app states the the closing time for the diner is 10 and drive through is 11. Not sure what the deal is but it is frustrating.

Ordered 2 dozenGot home and they were covered in icing! Awesome!! But NO creme in the middle !Really sucks to spend that much money on something and it not be worth it.We don’t get doughnuts often but I think that has come to an end. Thanks Krispy Kreme!

Sight hours said Wednesday 23 2023 6am to 10pm.. got there at 9pm in the drive thru and they said they where closed.. very disappointed..
I’m a firm believer in leaving reviews that are deserved, but tonight after driving 25 minutes one way to be turned away at 9:02 pm when Google states the store does not close until 10 pm. Do better Krispy Kreme. Not to mention we always have a problem when we have visited in the past 3 years, hot chocolate machine is broken, no doughnuts. Corporate definitely needs to visit.

Tried calling multiple times (within 5 mins) to find out about a discount thing that's going on not one single real life person could answer the phone. I live all the way across town and wasn't trying to go if they didn't even have the donuts but what I'm trying to say is it's part of your job to answer the phone we are customers to.
