I was extremely puzzled of the pricing because I ordered 12 cheese krystals with fries and two drinks. A special at the drive thru. Approximately $23. When I got to the window it came to $10 higher then tax. They said that the pricing at the drive thru hasn't caught up with the register. I reported it to Krystal but no response.

My experience at the Krystal location in Gadsden was extremely disappointing. Not only was the service below standard, but the quality of the food was unacceptable. Upon arriving at the window, I was not greeted by the host. After receiving my order, I informed her that the wings were visibly burnt and not cooked to my liking. She insisted, in a confrontational manner, that the wings were not burnt. I then requested that they be remade.
At that point, a manager named Mathew came to the window. I explained the issue and also showed him that the 12 cheese Krystals I purchased were pink and undercooked. He stated that he could not issue a refund without a receipt. I explained that the host had not provided me with one and that I had not left the drive-thru window since receiving my food, so this should not have been an issue.
Mathew eventually returned with my change; however, when handing it to me, he abruptly demanded that I return the bag of French fries as well. I told him that I had not realized they were still in my car, but his tone and approach were unnecessarily rude. The entire interaction left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected.
Although he initially refused to provide his name, I was ultimately able to obtain it. I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism displayed, especially by a manager.

To high price I spent $60 on 24 crystals and 2 fries. White castle it would have been $25 i will never go there again. You can close it down. Service was good though. Employees were very courteous.

I placed my order at the speaker box, and the last item I requested was a vanilla milkshake. The employee instructed me to pull around, which I did, and I provided my payment. After a few minutes, he returned with my food and closed the window. At that point, I realized I had not yet received the milkshake. When I inquired about it, the employee responded in a rude manner, stating that he had not registered my request for the milkshake. I explained that I had specifically mentioned it during the order. He then informed me that they did not have any ice cream available to prepare the milkshake. I expressed that this information could have been communicated at the speaker box, to which he curtly replied that he was informing me at that moment.
I believe it is essential for employees to engage with customers in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Regardless of any challenges we may face in our roles, it is important to remember that our interactions with customers play a crucial role in maintaining a positive business environment. Upholding a friendly demeanor is vital, as customer satisfaction is paramount. Effective communication is undoubtedly the cornerstone of exemplary customer service.

My 1st experience at Krystal’s burgers are little finger sized bun with a thin “burger” tasty with mustard and white onion. Got the chili dog and fries which were good and crispy .

Food tasted fine, service was ok. My complaint is i had to pay 69 cents for jalapeños, and only got 6!!! One I couldn't eat because it was an end piece. Thats some expensive jalapeños :-/

I asked for 2 cheese crystals and got 2 regular and when I asked to correct the cook came to windows and asked did I really ask for cheese when I said yes the 3 employees just set and stared at each other not knowing what to do.
