I went through their this morning about 9:35 this morning. Got the double cheese krystal combo 15 something with tax. It was not made how I ordered it. It was old the bread was crusty and meat was old at that time of morning should have been fresh. I will never go their again.

we love Krystal's but today's visit was disappointing.the corn pups had obviously been microwaved not fried .outside was cool and soft the hot dog part was dried out.the buns on the burgers were also microwaved.trid to call the store but phone was picked up and then hung up

Over all was a complete bust. My father in law picked me up from work wanting to take me to get some food and such while I was on my hour lunch break. It was about 6 and they weren't too busy so we thought it'd be quick. After ordering and getting our drinks we were told to pull forward, which wasn't a problem. The problem began when I was sitting in the drive thru for an hour. It shouldn't take an hour to make 24 little burgers. All we got was 24 Krystal and 4 drinks.i have never seen such shifty service from a fast food place. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you are in a hurry or aren't very patient.

Really not great. Burgers were hard like they’d been under a heat lamp all day. Like biting a rock. Just not good. They didn’t have to give out stale food, I would’ve happily waited for fresh.

Update October 2024 This is still the best Krystal in Alabama. Food has always been good & our orders have always been correct. The employees are always super friendly.
Visited drive-thru, easy ordering experience, friendly employee & my order was correct. Food was good as usual.

Every morning around 4:40-5am they claim they system be down but in reality they just too damn lazy and don't wanna work what's the purpose of having your lights on if u can't serve that early due to your so called system

Krystals is never a preference, but sometimes it's the only option. And a sack full of steaming hot, slider sized buns full of cholesterol will never steer you wrong at 1am
So I went here and there was a lot of people in line waiting for breakfast at around 8:00 or 9:00 a.m. I ordered the breakfast sliders and come to find out I had hair in my food. For this place having New Management or new ownership, it didn't take long for it to go south. Because it was only two sandwiches, I decided to throw it away and not take any more chances with black hair in my food.

Haven't been there for a while, so we got a dozen with cheese and some chili.
The sliders looked like they had been wadded up and shoved in the boxes. The chili was ice-cold, and terrible. It was like canned, and cheap canned at that.
The staff were openly grumpy because they had to come in from their group smoke break and do their jobs. (likely explaining the crumpled sliders and cold chili)
But, at least it was expensive.

This was the most horrible Krystal’s I have ever been to. The girl at the drive through was very rude pushie and got mad because we were not finished with our order. Then as always messed up the order. I don’t understand how when you say PLAIN this means put pickles and mayo on them. Do they not understand that some people don’t like that or can’t eat it. No they don’t give a crap

I was very disappointed when I ordered two Krystal burgers and my onions was brown and it tasted very nasty and took it back and they told that I will have to pay for two more for him to remake my order and I had black hair in my cup ???

We stopped in here while out house hunting. We had never eaten at a Krystal before this visit. The service was prompt and the food was excellent. We stopped in around 4 in the afternoon. So they really weren't that busy when we came in. The people working here were very friendly, too.
