I don't know what is going on with this place. I asked for 2 cheese crystals and got 2 regular and when I asked to correct the cook came to windows and asked did I really ask for cheese when I said yes the 3 employees just set and stared at each other not knowing what to do. So I took what I thought was gonna be a Krystal burger. am posting a pix of my burger. DO BETTER KRYSTAL.

It was about 3:30 AM nobody was around, employees was even standing outside… but the food service was very fast, super friendly, and the Krystal Burgers were hot, fresh, and the best fast food I have had in a very long time!!

This particular location was by far the best experience I have ever had with Krystal. Food was hot and fresh, and the sweet tea was what it was supposed to be. I wish I would've purchased a 24 sack instead of a 12. I'm from Palm Beach, lived in Port St. Lucie, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and now Alabama. I don't know if their food is always that good but my visit yesterday was awesome.

I went through their this morning about 9:35 this morning. Got the double cheese krystal combo 15 something with tax. It was not made how I ordered it. It was old the bread was crusty and meat was old at that time of morning should have been fresh. I will never go their again.

we love Krystal's but today's visit was disappointing.the corn pups had obviously been microwaved not fried .outside was cool and soft the hot dog part was dried out.the buns on the burgers were also microwaved.trid to call the store but phone was picked up and then hung up

There was a whole pebble in my chili cheese fries and i went back to tell them the manager asked me “what do you want me to do about it
Over all was a complete bust. My father in law picked me up from work wanting to take me to get some food and such while I was on my hour lunch break. It was about 6 and they weren't too busy so we thought it'd be quick. After ordering and getting our drinks we were told to pull forward, which wasn't a problem. The problem began when I was sitting in the drive thru for an hour. It shouldn't take an hour to make 24 little burgers. All we got was 24 Krystal and 4 drinks.i have never seen such shifty service from a fast food place. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you are in a hurry or aren't very patient.

Really not great. Burgers were hard like they’d been under a heat lamp all day. Like biting a rock. Just not good. They didn’t have to give out stale food, I would’ve happily waited for fresh.

Update October 2024 This is still the best Krystal in Alabama. Food has always been good & our orders have always been correct. The employees are always super friendly.
Visited drive-thru, easy ordering experience, friendly employee & my order was correct. Food was good as usual.
