I spent $100. Got 4 rolls son and boyfriend care about the rolls. Fries for kids meal and juice was not in order. No one even greeted me or asked how I was. I've done customer service all my life. It's not hard to smile and say hi how are you can I help you? I will be going out of town from now on as far as dining out for steak. Very disappointing

This "steakhouse" needs learn the correct way to cook a rare steak. They never can get it right. When I politely try to explain it to them, they have a bad attitude about it. Totally ignorant!

Ordered the family meal for takeout! Plenty of food! The chicken fingers and pulled pork taste amazing. My order included cole slaw and mashed potatoes. Kids already are about 5-6 fingers before photo was taken. Rolls were fresh! Great option to not cook at home!

Slow service. Waitress basically ignored us after we got our food. The food was super salty. I ordered my steak medium and it came out medium well. It had good flavor and was fairly tender but it wasn't what I wanted. My husband ordered ribs, they were cold, and defiantly not "fall off the bone tender". The rolls were the best part of the meal.

I love the lively atmosphere, especially the music. They have a bar separate from dining area. My wait was only 15 mins for a table, and that's on a busy Saturday night. The waitress was excellent. Food was amazing. The price point was good.

Terrible time at this location. Bloody Maria was a fruit punch cocktail that was yuck, the salad was brown and wilted. Didn't make it to the burger. Try Huntsville.

The server for our table of seven was great, but I ordered surf and turf with my sirloin medium. When it came, it was past well done and the shrimp were cooked so long that I couldn't get the shells peeled off. Our server took my steak back and brought me back an 8 ounce sirloin for an apology for my 6 ounce being so overcooked. It was less than rare. Everyone at the table that ordered a baked sweet potato got a potato that was burnt so bad that the skins would fall off in crumbly pieces and the outer part of the potato was black. Just not a good cooking job and we went at four o'clock, long before they got busy for the supper crowd. No excuse for food being overcooked.

Me, my husband and 3 of our children set out for a tradition of dinner and seeing Christmas Lights. Sunday December 22. We decided to eat at Logan’s Roadhouse. BAD CHOICE! Four of us, including myself ordered the Filet Mignon. They were all to be cooked medium. Three of them were acceptable. Not medium, but close enough. Mine was way past medium, it was medium well. The waitress was very sweet and said she would take it back and get me another one. She brought it back and it was well done. She watched while I cut into it. She apologized and told me she would get another one. She brought out the THIRD steak and it was raw! She took it back cooked it herself and brought it to me. I ate it. We all ordered broccoli and 2 were not done and 1 never got hers. The manager told the waitress to take off the price of my plate. We were give 1 complimentary dessert. The manager never came to our table. We never saw the manager. Our waitress was wonderful!

Service was great and food came out quickly. I always enjoy this Logans because its newer and even has a working fireplace. I would eat here again.
All ?'s! Great atmosphere. Comfortable seating. Lovely server, she was just perfect! Food was excellent in every way from quality and temperature to presentation. I highly recommend.

We had a Great waitress her named Tiara Helms that went above and beyond to make up for the things that they were out of just to make us happy. They where out of rolls ,ranch dressing and thousand island and mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese and the wings were dry. I suggest you go before 9pm if you want everything you would want in your order. We were there at 10:15 pm. Probably won't be going back for a while because of the food. But the staff was very kind and very helpful. p.s Courtney Smith is also a great waitress and i recommends you get her as well. Courtney was not our waitress at this day it was Tara Helms Courtney is just another waitress way love having her .Tiara was our waitress the day of this review.

The service was great. Absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the food was not so good. When a restaurant has a hard time with French fries, run for the hills... For a $50 meal we shouldn't have had any problems. They weren't busy. Part of our food was cooked fresh to order but the sides were all obviously old and tasted stale.
