My wife and I went there tonight for my birthday, and I was excited to be there until the food came to the table. I was eating my salad and a big long hair in my salad, and I ordered the Corn on the cob, which is an upcharge, and it was ice cold. I figured they kept them in the refrigerator and warmed them up when someone ordered it, and they forgot to warm mine up. I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye and wanted it "Medium" and it was Medium Rare. So, I got messed over from the get-go. It was a messed-up Birthday celebration. The waitress and the manager offered to fix it, but 3 strikes, and I was out of there. They did give me credit for the cold corn and did give me my Military discount.

Initially I gave a 1 star because we had Been here since 5:50 it’s now 7:25, and still no table. I get that we are a big party; but don’t tell people 30-40 minutes and it be over an hour wait!!
However they redeemed themselves with excellent service and good food.

My wife and I went in for lunch and ordered an appetizer and meals.
Upon getting our food, my wife lifted up her hamburger and noticed a very long jet black hair under the bread. She has light brown and I have white. We had to wait for a while until the waitress came back to say something. We didn't want to make a huge scene, so we just waited.
After notifing her all she said was sorry and said she would take that meal off the bill.
I'm highly disgusted with how little concern was shown and that not a single manager took a minute of their time to come speak with us. That is if the manager was even informed about the situation. Every other Longhorn that I have eaten at would have corrected this quickly and satisfactory.

To go Order: 6oz sirloin ordered medium, came med-well. Mashed potatoes were not good - hard and chunky. The best part of my meal was the bread. I would try again but dine in
My steak had so much seasoning on it. You couldn't even taste the ribeye. My bake potato was not soft.. had hard chunk in it. I have ate here several times but has been alittle bit. Very disappointed in the taste of the food.

Called a head and still had nearly a 2 hour wait. Service was slow because we had a large Birthday Party group. Steak was okay although not cooked too my request. No baked potatoes, out of spinach dip, so I requested the mashed potatoes and they were very cold. Theses kids working and running these places these days have no respect for the fact that kids have school the next day and that this was a very expensive dinner meal. I’ll probably never eat here again.

Recently had an order a simple chopped sirloin and a New York strip. The chopped sirloin had a strange aftertaste that you could taste 15 hours later oniony over marinated or something. The strip steak was tough and really not seasoned at all exactly the opposite of the other one. For the price point it is simply not worth the money. Won't be going back. Very stuffy atmosphere inside, rude staff.

Not great, the restaurant was well over capacity, impossible to hear anyone. The portions were abysmal for the price, the 8 oz sirloin was the size of a 4 oz. Server was barely around if ever. I’d rather have waited another 30 mins for a good experience rather 10 mins for a subpar one. Might be better at slower times.

Order was horrible. Burgers were dry, almost burned. I think the patties were rewarmed leftoversThey were ordered medium rare. They were almost not edible. Never order takeout from here. You won't know how horrible it is until you get home.
