Me and my boyfriend went there today at around almost 1:30 and there was nobody there he tried knocking. Lights were on but nobody was answering I was very disappointed, please do better.

Would've given a 5 because the manager/owner listened to our horrible experience with the the young lady at the register. She might have been having a bad day, I'm not sure. She definitely made my experience here unpleasant. I go to Gadsden to visit my mom and love stopping by this establishment until now. She needs training on professionalism because she was not that at all. It felt as though she had a chip on her shoulder.

The owner tried to say I'd be surprised how many rude people they get that comes there. I'm not, and that has nothing to do with me as a paying customer. Don't automatically give me attitude because someone has rubbed you the wrong way. That's not how businesses stay afloat.

Everyone should be trained to do the same thing. This all started when I asked for the chocolate strawberry shake. She claimed she couldn't do it. What is so hard about that? I still paid full price For the shake and didn't get the full experience because I enjoy it so much, only to get an attitude from the young lady. She also took my moms change and put it in her tip bucket! I was floored!

Argued with meabout ifi said I wanted chili on my nachos or not. When I just asked her to ring up the additional price because I don't argue with people.

Jeremy listened even though his first defense was to defend. There's no excuse for the experience I had. Hopefully, it will be right in the future as this was the first time I'd encountered this at this place.

Went there and the cashier did not give my wife back correct change I’m sure it was a $2 mistake also the flavors are very watered down now not sweet at all I use to love this place

Drove all the way there on 7/31/25 supposed to be open till 8pm. Get there about 6pm they are closed even though the sign on the door says 8pm. Kid was disappointed. Ridiculous!

Very rude woman with braids! My family and I walked to the entrance at 7:59pm to have a lady loudly yell “WE’RE CLOSED” “WE DONT GOT NOTHING FOR YA’LL”
