The lady was not wanting to take my order and said she couldn't do that. customers don't come first there and her attitude seemed like she didn't want to take my order to start with... so I didn't want to continue with my order. Nobody came to the register to take our order so we needed up having to use the kiosk. After waiting 20 mins for our food (we were the only ones waiting inside) my husband went up and asked about our food. The staff said she put it together a few mins ago and the phone rang and she forgot about it. Good thing I told my husband to go check. When you’re on a road trip you’re trying to be quick. That’s why it’s called fast food. This location was anything but fast. We’ll stop at another location next time.

I love my morning 12th street McDonald's people. I know I go more than I should, but it feels nice when people remember your name and they have conversations with you. Because we're familiar with one another, bc they do their best to be fast and consistent, that is why I keep coming back. It isnt the food lol.

Just came thru your 12th street drive location. I ordered a fish filet with no cheese and extra tartar sauce. The tartar sauce was almost non existent. I was willing to pay for extra sauce if necessary but this sandwich, which was good otherwise, had almost no sauce. It might have been different if I had not made that special request.
