I made a mistake in ordering a Breakfast Bagel as they have 2 meat options now which was unknown to me, I returned to replace the bagel as it was sausage assuming they put the wrong meat in, it seems they were unhappy with my confusion and replaced it with a very over sauced bagel. The only way to describe it was soup it was outlandish. So I was left without breakfast that morning :( I'm sorry it's been a 1 meat option for decades

Some of the worst food has come out of this restaurant. Their oil is usually always old. Fries are undercooked or already dead before they give them to you. I don't think I've ever gotten a sandwich from them that actually tasted good. Whether the chicken is dry or the hamburger patty is cold and dry. To the steak on the bagels being overcooked and tough or zero seasoning. They never actually toast the bagel so you're just eating what seems to be a stale bagel. I'm honestly disappointed at every trip I've ever had to make to this restaurant just because it's the closest to the house. At this point everybody should just save their money and stop going.

I ordered the BbQ.Plane..no pickles no onion..It had a whole can what seemed like of BB SAUSE..I RETURNED IT..ALL THE WORKERS ARE SO SWEET AND ENGAGING..BUT THE YOUNG LITE SKIN MANAGER WAS SOOOOOO NASTY AND BITTER..THE SODA MACHINE NASTY ..YOUR FRONT DOOR NEEDS CLEANING AND IM NEVER GOING BACK.

My husband and I came through the drive thru tonight to grab a happy meal for our kiddo. When we pulled up to the first window, Zach greeted us with a huge smile. His customer service was exceptional along with spreading kindness and love. Great job McDonald’s and keep on shining Zach!
