I went through the drive through and ordered my food then they asked me to round up, I said not today but they rounded up anyways. That is just wrong. By the time I got her attention she'd had already changed my card. I understand give to the Ronald McDonald's house but they shouldn't just assume that you will round up and take it anyways.

This used to be the reliable McDonalds to go to; on point and your order would be correct. Now, you can't even make it past ordering without getting irritated from repeating yourself ten times at the drive-thru menu because the fish-brained employee they have now keeps repeating back to you something you didn't even order in the first place. The ridiculous part is what they repeat back to you doesn't even sound similar to what you asked for. Just drove away - never going here again.

Today I went to buy at this Macdonald located in Gadsden and they added a donation that I did not authorize to make. The cashier never asked me about the donation she just added it to my receipt. I didn't realize hours later. be careful.
Service here is awful. I put in a front counter online order and I sat and watched it get cold sitting in their window but they kept walking right past me or helping other people. The workers are too busy talking to eachother hand out their food. I’m highly disappointed.

I had the best experience that I have ever had at a McDonald’s ! The young lady that took my order, I believe her name was Bree . She was the sweetest and most helpful employee from any location that I have ever met . She was so patient with me and my 7 year old who couldn’t make up his mind what he wanted so she helped us . I wished every employee was like this . Thank you Bree for being so kind, and no I don’t know her . I know her folks are very proud of this beautiful young lady . This was the Rainbow Drive location across from the Gadsden Mall .
Parking: Parking was ok, little hard to get back out onto Rainbow Drive but then again this is a Saturday night .

McDonald's is stepping up their game! Evan the associate at the drive thru window literally told us that they are waiting on and I quote ... "fresh meat" and admonished us to park and he would bring it out! Never thought I'd see the day that McD's would be farm to table fresh. You go McDonald's... Fan for life!
