Walked to Mcdonalds from hotel at 810 pm. Doors are closed. A couple walks out and i ask them of they are closed and they said they ordered food for dine in but was given a bag and told they r closing. Why would mcdonalds close at 830 pm when it says its open tell 11 pm. Weather is fine and covid is over, stop being lazy and work. This is why the robots are taking over

I typically don't care to leave bad reviews, but this is everytime we go through the drive through! Our drinks are typically wrong and not filled up all the way and when I ask for it to be corrected it's like I'm inconveniencing them for wanting full correct drinks.

On a 12 hour drive from North Carolina to Texas. Stopped here on Thanksgiving to grab a bite to eat. The place was super clean, and the people were super nice. Britney M., who was woking the register, was awesome, very nice, and welcoming. She walked around the restraunt to ask how peoples food turned out and to see if people needed anything. This is one of the best McDonald's I've stopped at.
I'm not one to typically complain, but one day the order mistakes are going to cost someone their life. I ordered a large black coffee, with sugar and a double shot of espresso.. I was told the espresso machine was not working, things happen I get that... But I get down the road and realize they have put cream in my coffee... I can understand if it was a one time instance but it's happening frequently. Folks need to pay better attention, some of us can't have milk products or are allergic to it which is why we typically order without cream.
