If you haven't tried this Mediterranean restaurant yet, I assure you won't be disappointed. We don't have very many options for cuisine like this in this area and from all the places I've traveled out of state to try they have blown them out of the water. Their rice is incredible! My husband got one of the combination meat plates, and my daughter and I got the lamb shawarma, grape leaves, and hummus. We usually go to Makarios in Birmingham if we're feeling it but they topped them. Definitely our new spot and worth the try, also really well priced!

The food was absolutely terrible! The place needs a really good cleaning. This is the worst Mediterranean food I’ve ever had. The cashier was super friendly but I won’t be coming back.

My wife and I found this place a couple months ago when we passed through. We have visited once more and tried a few more options this time. Definitely worth eating here. The people are extremely friendly and the food is delicious. It’s in an old gas station or fast food restaurant but don’t let the outside look out you off the food. It is worth visiting.
I enjoyed my food too much to even think about taking a picture. Some of the best lamb I've ever had. I had the shish kebab with lamb. It was fantastically cooked. The flavor was phenomenal. I also had the lamb shawarma. The shish kebab was just better too me due to the size of the meat and flavor. Would recommend you try any of it. Service was good and quick. And felt like a normal place. No expectation

Nice to see an authentic doner house in Gadsden! If you've ever travelled to the Middle East or even mainland Europe, you'll know what to expect (tahini, humas, doners, shawarma, etc.) The only thing I didn't see out front was the vertical mutton spit. It would have been a nice visual for the Gadsden customers wanting to experience a typical doner house atmosphere. (I'm guessing the spit is kept in the back.) We ended the meal with a very good strawberry banana smoothie. Wonderful food and service. Will certainly go back.
