Its old nasty chicken this location is rubbish. Orange chicken was old stale old oil and doot dash driver forgot half the crap, and was too lazy to go bwck and get it over 35 minute drive like.. not my problem. Never order from here ever!

I visited th Gadsden al .location , Sarah took the best care of me ;she offered excellent customer service ,made certain that I was satisfied with my order -she was completely running the whole show and cooked all my food fresh to and in terrific timing. Couldn’t ask for better service will definitely revisit Sarah at this location. So sad there was no option for tip

So I don’t normally eat Panda Express but my husband loves them! Recently I’ve started going by and picking him up food from here 1-2 a week so he has lunch since he’s not able to leave. I like the point system that allows me to get discounts or free items.. The main reason I’m writing this is the last few visits have been amazing, the manager (I assume she has glasses) has been extraordinary and has provided some of the best service I’ve had in Gadsden. I absolutely love coming by here and picking up food because of the amazing customer service!

I just went through the drive through and my car stalled out. I was so embarrassed but Eduardo, jamaya, and Sarah were AMAZING. They helped me with my car AND after everything my food was still hot and fantastic. If all restaurants had employs of the same caliber the world would be a better place! Thanks yall!

If you want broccoli steak and fried rice dinner and you’re hungry dont go to Panda 🐼 Express in Gadsden. I ask for a plate they put my broccoli steak on top of my rice and put it in a bowl. $9.35 I should have went to the mall #everyone

I always have to wait through at least 4 radio songs before ordering in the drive through. Only to be told they’re “sold out” of the chicken I’m always craving. It’s always the popular dishes they’re sold out of. How does that even happen? Like, you can’t cook anymore? You actually have zero there to cook? Anyway, then when I’m told that, I can’t just pull off. I have to pull behind the other person who’s waiting on their food (for forever) and pull on through after they finally get their food. It’s so annoying. When that doesn’t happen, I consider it a good day! But unfortunately it happens more often than not.

They are always out of or don't have any string bean chicken cooked. They were also out of teriyaki sauce. The person taking our order asked after each item if that was all we wanted instead of waiting 3 seconds to find out. This location needs some attention from the owner
