If you want broccoli steak and fried rice dinner and you’re hungry dont go to Panda 🐼 Express in Gadsden. I ask for a plate they put my broccoli steak on top of my rice and put it in a bowl. $9.35 I should have went to the mall #everyone

I always have to wait through at least 4 radio songs before ordering in the drive through. Only to be told they’re “sold out” of the chicken I’m always craving. It’s always the popular dishes they’re sold out of. How does that even happen? Like, you can’t cook anymore? You actually have zero there to cook? Anyway, then when I’m told that, I can’t just pull off. I have to pull behind the other person who’s waiting on their food (for forever) and pull on through after they finally get their food. It’s so annoying. When that doesn’t happen, I consider it a good day! But unfortunately it happens more often than not.

They are always out of or don't have any string bean chicken cooked. They were also out of teriyaki sauce. The person taking our order asked after each item if that was all we wanted instead of waiting 3 seconds to find out. This location needs some attention from the owner

Panda Express in Gadsden delivers on its promise of fast, flavorful Chinese-American fare, with fresh ingredients and familiar favorites. During my visit, I enjoyed well-prepared food, though there was a slight wait for my supergreens. However, I’d much rather have them fresh out of the boiler than receive something less than crisp, so this was a minor inconvenience in exchange for quality.
While the food met expectations, the cleanliness of the dining area could have used a bit more attention. Several table tops hadn’t been wiped down, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. It’s a small detail, but one that can make a difference in the overall impression of a restaurant’s upkeep.
Despite that, the overall experience was positive. The food was solid ensuring a meal that felt fresh and satisfying. With just a bit more attention to cleanliness, this location could elevate its dining environment to match the reliability of its menu.

Poor Panda. Their food is utility grade Ecuadorian meat - and I don’t think it’s all animal - maybe a human being mixed in. It sucks. I don’t know how anybody can eat this doo-doo.
I come here once a week for lunch. I have never had a bad experience. The people that work here are awesome. Especially the manager. Food is always fresh and is alway accommodating if I want fresh food cooked. I highly recommend this store in East Gadsden Alabama.

My last several trips to this establishment have been less than average. I will not divulge into the last visits, but tonight, I placed an online order ($65.00) at 7:15 pm to be picked up at 8:00 pm. Upon arriving, I went to the drive-thru and told them my name. They then had me pull around to the front of the store to wait for my plates. At 8:22 pm, I went inside to ask about my order, which I had not yet received. At 8:25 pm, I was told nobody knew why my food had not been made yet, and they would start it now. It is now 8:38 pm and I am still waiting on my order. How unfortunate.
