I love this place, go all the time, sometimes with my friends from school. And haven’t been disappointed until the last 2 times I’ve been by myself. They’ve never messed up so I didn’t think to check my food before I left and I NEVER write reviews or get upset over the food industry bc I am a server, but the past TWO times they’ve gotten my order wrong. I get the same thing everytime, a plate with white rice orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. And they even display it right on the screen and on my receipt. I’m just not understanding, I confirm my order on screen take a look at my receipt and then my food is wrong when I get home. And I hope that I am not being up charged for my honey walnut shrimp when I don’t have any on my plate. :) sorry but this is really disappointing.

We waited 23min for our food then we drive home which is a 15min drive. The food absolutely made us sick. The chicken was extremely under cooked. We spent 28.17 on a meal we first off waited 23 min. Then we were given food that absolutely made us sick plus my sesame chicken had a hair in it. I did reach out to the store to no avail. The young guy was very unsure of himself or what to do to handle the situation. Anyway I'm waiting for a higher up to call me, if not I'll contact them AGAIN. My advice check your flood before you pull off.

It's sad we have to avoid some items on the menu because of how staff treats the food. Panda express corporation needs to step in and fire every single person and hire people who care.

Who is hiring these people? Food gross, Tables more gross, employees even worse. Who hired the girl with a sweating problem? Dripping and wiping her sweat EVERYWHERE !! To the manger or owner of this establishment you need to do a serious checkup on your employees because they're arguing about "deep cleaning" something and evidently it's nasty enough for someone talk about taking a before and after picture?! DISGUSTING! Won't have to worry about me returning.

About half of the time, the service is good. Other times, they are rude or don't seem like they even want to be there. I only go through drive-thru, so I can not speak for the inside. I don't know if it is posted or anything, but the workers seem to not want to take orders after 6 pm.

Panda has to figure out online ordering through the app. If I place online order for 1230pm pickup when I arrive at the store, I shouldn’t have to stand in line for 20 minutes just for my order to be plated. Oh , but they are out of the item, and do I mind waiting. I literally watched you serve the item in my order placed 45 minutes ago. What do you do because food is paid for but I will be late getting back to work because I had to wait 35 minutes to pick up online order.
Service isn’t great, these workers don’t get paid enough to care so i don’t expect anything less than mediocre service 3/10 do better. If you don’t like people don’t work a customer service job, can’t even get soy sauce without having to wait 5 minutes. Food is mediocre as-well if you want good Chinese go to a locally owned shop it will taste better and they will appreciate you support.

I visit this panda express in Gadsden Alabama a couple weeks ago and it was not a pleasant experience at all. The customer service was satisfactory, but the food was cold and also when the young lady gave me my food for some apparent reason she had my food turned sideways. All my rice was all over the place, as well the food was cold and looked as if it had been sitting for quite some time. I ordered the fried rice with the walnut shrimp it appeared to be sitting, probably for hours. I started to take the food back for a refund, but I was really hungry so I ate probably about four bites and through the rest of the cold food away.
