Papa John's in Gadsden off Rainbow Drive. Attention owners or management of this pizza establishment, which I believe is PJ Cheese. I strongly recommend that you closely monitor your employees at this establishment. Approximately a week ago, while waiting for my pizza, I observed an employee with long red hair repeatedly scratching her face and brushing her fingers through her hair while applying toppings to pizzas. Furthermore, I would like to bring to management's attention that relatives and friends of this pizza establishment are conducting deliveries on behalf of Papa John's without being official employees.
This is a good way to lose business!

*BEWARE OF SCAM*Used to like Papa John's, but I will never go again! Go to Attala!This happened on 9-20-24 I bought 38.70 in pizza use my card online but when I got there I decided to buy four 20 oz which was 8.76.the girl at the counter blonde who calls herself a manager rang me up three times telling me that my card did not go through.said it was a computer problem.Before I left I decided to check my bank account online I showed her she charged me $8.76 twice on top of the $38.70 This "Manager" rolls her eyes and tell me I was wrong it was a computer error. There was nothing she could do I would have to take it up with my bank. I went to my bank immediately since it's right across the street.at the time I only saw two charges. The bank said if it was a computer error it would automatically come back the following day. Two days later I see 3 charges for my drinks plus the $38.70 in pizza. Needless to say I will be seeing the bank in the morning. But will never come to this location again! Watch your money here Folks! ?

This Papa John's location rainbow City is actually a pretty good establishment I've never had any issues with them but I do have one request please wear gloves while messing with the dough I noticed something last time I was in there one of the new guys was not wearing gloves and I didn't say anything because I didn't want that to affect my future business for that is the only Papa John's closest to me but please make it mandatory that all workers wear gloves ?

Wow. Just wow. The lady (and I use lady very loosely) manager at that store doesn’t need to be in customer service. She is horrendous, rude and unwilling to correct orders without charging her customers again! Even when it was the online ordering system’s fault. And corporate was no better, they didn’t even respond or contact me after several tries with them. No accountability. Plus the pizza we did get was barely passable. Steer clear of this place everyone.

After paying over $60 half of my order was wrong. I received a HALF order of garlic Parmesan breadsticks, not a whole order. Also the papadia was ordered normal and they put a cheese crust on it so nobody wanted it. I tried to call immediately but no one would answer.
