Ordered breadsticks and they had almost no seasoning and were skinnier than my FINGER. What kind of business does this? This place always screws people over.

After paying over $60 half of my order was wrong. I received a HALF order of garlic Parmesan breadsticks, not a whole order. Also the papadia was ordered normal and they put a cheese crust on it so nobody wanted it. I tried to call immediately but no one would answer.

Didn't get the pizza that was ordered evertime I call I get a no good English speaking woman that u can't understand wen I called the store to tell them about my order he was so nonchalant about it never likes Papa John's till a month ago wen I ordered a stuff crust pizza and it was so good it was made with love so I decided to try them again . Turned off again by themWe all make mistakes but don't act like you don't care after I done spent $50 something dollars which included a tip. Supposed to redo what I ordered and deliver within an hour. Which I'm pretty sure won't come

You no longer get to talk to someone at the store when ordering. You call a Vietnamese call center to place your pizza order, very frustrating, wasn't even sure I was calling the right place. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Pizza good bit worth the hassle of trying to order

So glad ya’ll banned me from getting a job there because Heather worked there! Who knew the 16 yr old my ex cheated on me with worked there. I found out by a mutual friend and saw the her working as a driver. Soooo unprofessional and pathetic. ✌?

This papa John's always does such a good job with making the pizza it's always fresh and hot and toppings well put on. I appreciate this papa John's cause I've been to some bad ones. Everything is also usually done in a timely fashion and ready for pickup or fresh out when I get there. Thank you rainbow city paps johns!

Placed order online to pay at the store...online stated 6:10 ready...Get to the restaurant hasn't even been cooked...Waited another 30 mins...The staff was less that service oriented...

What has happened to this place!! The service is horrible. I walked in to pick up our order because the app said it was ready. I stood at the counter and was ignored for close to 5 minutes!!! No eye contact..no i will be with you in a moment...just ignored!! After i finally say excuse me several times and ask for my order i am told it isnt ready. Had to wait additional 20 minutes for the order to be complete. We have ordered from here for years but may need to explore other options. If you are unhappy working here and have to be that rude to customers perhaps you should explore other options too.
