I called in an order for a wholle Boston butt at 2:30pm and they lady told me I would have to wait until 5pm to pick it up. No problem I'll wait, they actually have really good BBQ! I get it back home cut into it and it's cold as ice in the middle. This is not the first time this has happened. I called to find out why I just waited 2 and a half hours and spent $50 only to have to put it in the over for 30 minutes to bring it to temp!! They guy had no answer for me just stood there holding the phone saying they had put it in the WARMER, and didn't know why it was cold?? Why was my food not temp before being handed to me and why was this guy so dumbfounded he just stood in silence!!

Warning**** this place is an entrapment!!! I went down south 11st to get to the tire place. And they forcefully opened their smokers to get the smell to me. I went all the way home, across town, thinking about that smell. My stomach wouldn't let me forget it. We went all the way back because only that smell would satisfy my hunger. That was the best bbq in all of gadsden, and I thank them so much. The portion was so huge im still eating it for dinner. I got the bbq baked potato and it was the best ive had in many years. But in all seriousness, don't sleep on pawpaw bbq, or you'll be missing out!!!!

Our first experience and I have to say from the beginning when the guy was rude I knew I should’ve just left…. The ribs were not great I had MAYBE small nibble off of the 3 that were in the container because they were such bad quality.. the fries and onion rings were alright.. the bbq nachos were actually the only good thing sadly.. banana pudding is a joke here my child could make it better smh My thing is why be rude from the start maybe it’s because I’m white but I was hopeful about this place but we will not be back! Unprofessional service, and bad quality food no thank you!! 👎🏼

this place is terrible from the customer service down to the food the only thing worth money here is the banana pudding if u get it freshly prepared because it is two days old too the customer service is terrible 1-10 do not recommend the lady that runs the place is a money hungry evil woman no hospitality at all if u want some good food from good people go to Merrills nothing on the posted menu is good all cheap ingredients no love put into it at all if u do end up here get something off the green paper at the window u order from

Very unprofessional. Our order was incorrect and when we called to speak to someone about it we were hung up on. After calling back, we heard the lady in the background say “just hang up on them again.” Do not recommend.
