I am a DoorDash driver and I waited almost an hour for my customers orders last night. The lady told me that they push the delivery orders to the back which is not fair to my customers. They should do the orders in the way they were received. It’s taking money out of my pocket and time from me and my customers were hungry and upset. Which they had every right to be. I’m on a time crunch as well. I wasn’t the only person that was affected by waiting 30 plus minutes for an order that they ordered 30 minutes ahead or more. Please consider doing the orders which they were received.

Five stars because the team and the food are amazing! But for the people in the charge of the store? ZERO STARS. I know some managers have been there for YEARS and yet they make less money than they would if they walked into McDonald’s and just started. That’s PATHETIC. I have personally seen the employees running around and sweating and they do amazing. Plus, they have to put up with customers who are jerks! Plus, I see the hours have changed. Who wants a pizza for breakfast? And literally everything else around closes before Pizza Hut. I doubt they are busy at night as that is a terrible location to be open so late. And I’m sure you don’t want to pay overtime, right? THINK AGAIN. Speaking up for them because someone has to! The employees are not treated fairly!

Here's my review and honest opinion about this establishment. This Pizza Hut hires employees who lack advanced training and exhibit poor hygiene practices, which I believe is detrimental to business, particularly in food handling. I highly encourage the owners or management of this establishment to exercise discernment when selecting employees.
