The food here at lunch today (Friday 03-15-2024) was delicious? Went inside to make a take-out order and the employees were super nice and helpful....& they were very busy. All of our food temperature wasgood. I appreciate the friendliness of these employees! Thank you!
This is the best Popeye's I've ever eaten at. The employees are very nice. The chicken was fresh and juicy. The biscuits were soft and fluffy. I love the red beans and rice and the Cajun mashed potatoes. We drive from Albertville to get food from here since our Popeye's closed and will continue to do so.

DO NOT EAT HERE! The beans and rice was expired. I'm not sure if the chicken was good or not the chicken seemed fine, I threw the beans and rice and chicken away in the trash immediately, but I had already taken two spoons before I realized it was bad. Later that afternoon, I instantly had a sore throat and now I'm sick. I spent $50 on this meal to get sick. I spent 50 dollars to get sick. I won't be eating out for a while. My children are ill with a sore throat as well. I can't afford to take off of work due to illness. I'm going to nurse my family back to health, staying away from fast food for a while.Staff was friendly. The gentlemen at the window was nice, but he has nothing to do with the food that's going out the window. That's Kitchen Sanitation or something. They need to make sure that the food that they're serving to people hasn't expired. That's very nasty and unsanitary.I recommend the location on West Grand Ave in Rainbow City, their lobby is clean and the food is fresh. They have friendly staff there as well.

The service there on Sunday for lunch was over the top nice. The young lady taking our order was very nice and helpful. She even had a list of coupons on the counter for us to use. This is by far the best Popeyes I have ever ate at. Other Popeyes should take note from them.
