We had a great experience at Red Lobster, all thanks to Josiah! He was very attentive and gave great recommendations.

$80 order, food was either cold of burnt no in between. Captain D's is better, cheaper, cleaner and faster for the exact same food.

Nobody was in the front to seat ppl. Had to go through the restaurant and into the kitchen for an employee. This has been going on for a long time. Only 4 servers for the entire restaurant. Take was DIRTY, but someone cleaned it up before I would sit down. Server was great. Kept up with a LOT of ppl and kept her cool. Same young lady as last visit. Much better than the last time. SERIOUSLY THOUGH, RL NEEDS TO STAFF THE PLACE.Parking: Plenty of handicapped ♿️ spaces.

Went here to celebrate a birthday, and they were out of way too many things. It took the waitress almost an hour to let us know that the appetizer we ordered was no longer available, bring our drinks, and finally take our order. Then she came back after about 15 minutes to tell us that they were out of mashed potatoes and broccoli. We canceled our order, paid for our drinks and the second choice in appetizer, and let them know that we would not be returning. The manager came out and was so nice that we decided to give this restaurant another try someday. Her name was Que (?spelling).

Waited for 45 minutes to get a table. The dining room was nearly empty so we left...

We aren’t regulars here. We typically come to this place to celebrate holidays and family events so when we’re there, we plan to spend some money.Valentine’s Day was completely ruined by them running out of lobster and the service being extremely slow. I write that up as what can happen on holidays. Today though, the wait was ridiculous, the hostess was a pill and the kitchen clearly was in disarray as the sound of their arguing was loud even on the other side of the restaurant. 30 minutes after being seated and specific request, we were still waiting for silverware and it’s not like the restaurant was even 25% full. The one bright point of the night was the assistant manager named Q who did everything she could to rescue the evening. This is probably the worst restaurant experience we’ve had anywhere for quite some time and we won’t be back for long enough to hopefully have some turnover. If you choose to come here, good luck to you.

For the past 4 times that we have been there it has been awful! We went Saturday evening, we got there at 6:30 and didn’t leave there until 9:30. To begin with, the young hostess that they have there has the worse attitude ever and laughs at you right in your face! It took at least 15 minutes for the waitress to even get our drink order. Then after waiting for our meal for another 20 so minutes, I just wanted to get out of there and just took a to go box. I honestly do not know how this place stays open! They need new management or something but it needs an overhaul! I will never be back!!!

Went here tonight (Feb 28th) I have to say disappointed isn’t even the beginning. Food took forever to cook, ok not a huge deal, but my well done steak was pretty pink my daughter’s medium well steak was raw. Sent my steak back got it back after another long wait and still not done. Loaded baked potatoes not loaded. Spent over a hundred dollars for 3 people and a baby to eat and it was not good. Our waitress Alli was super sweet and very apologetic but the food was not worth it. Will I be back Not a chance.
