Long time customer, and usually enjoy the food here. I placed a takeout order for well over $50. The rolls were placed in the bag on their side so it was a complete mess when I got home. The cooked rolls were ice cold and stale like they had been cooked hours ago. The main problem was that it tasted and smelled like rotten fish. It tasted like they used canned sardines to make my sushi rolls. I will not be going back unless it’s made very apparent that a complete overhaul has been made at this location on quality of service and ingredients.

GREAT SPOT in downtown...hesitated at 1st due to im not a sushi fan...HOWEVER there's more to the menu and awful glad we stopped in!!!! Owner is cool as well....if nothing else go for the fried rice.....its AMAZING...as was the appetizer sampler...
I placed a takeout order. I ordered sushi one hour ahead of picking it up when I got to the place. The sushi roll was already ready and waiting, but then I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes just for the edamame while the sushi roll sat out on the counter. Not once did a single employee ask me the name for the order I was picking up or say a single word to me. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I understand there was a backup in the kitchen but communicating with your customers, apologizing or even speaking to your customer would have went a long way.
