We come by earlier and I got a junior cheese burger and a girl with me got a double cheese burger; I have to say that this was the best burger that I have had in a long time, from any restaurant. Whoever was cooking today about 11 or so, man, 🤌 delish!!

We love this sonic and go often. But today got pretty bad service from a lady named Janice. I understand everyone has bad days but to participate in customer service, I would expect someone to have a better attitude when delivering food. Said nothing to us, shoved the drink in the car and walked away. With a pretty snobby, “you’re welcome.” I’ve worked in food it’s hard but attitude is everything. Pls don’t be rude bc you’re having a bad day. You don’t know how the other party is holding up either.

It took forever for them to even take my order they didn’t have good costumer service took forever for me to get my food and when I did there was a hair in it so yeah I’m not happy with this sonic location
It looks like a half destroyed restaurant. I set there for 15 minutes for one shake. Completely terrible service.

while i have no complaints about the food, the past two times my boyfriend and I have been the workers on the intercom have been so rude and unkind for no reason. the first all but shouted at me through the intercom when I misheard her and thought she asked for a side rather than size and then snapped at me saying “No, what SIZE?” the second time, I hadn’t heard the woman well in the beginning when she said the ice cream machine was broken and asked for a strawberry cream slush politely and not knowing that it was broken only to be told with unnecessary attitude and rudeness “I just said the ice cream machine was broken.” Y’all’s workers are so rude for no good reason. do better.
