We love this sonic and go often. But today got pretty bad service from a lady named Janice. I understand everyone has bad days but to participate in customer service, I would expect someone to have a better attitude when delivering food. Said nothing to us, shoved the drink in the car and walked away. With a pretty snobby, “you’re welcome.” I’ve worked in food it’s hard but attitude is everything. Pls don’t be rude bc you’re having a bad day. You don’t know how the other party is holding up either.

while i have no complaints about the food, the past two times my boyfriend and I have been the workers on the intercom have been so rude and unkind for no reason. the first all but shouted at me through the intercom when I misheard her and thought she asked for a side rather than size and then snapped at me saying “No, what SIZE?” the second time, I hadn’t heard the woman well in the beginning when she said the ice cream machine was broken and asked for a strawberry cream slush politely and not knowing that it was broken only to be told with unnecessary attitude and rudeness “I just said the ice cream machine was broken.”
Y’all’s workers are so rude for no good reason. do better.

Missing items that were ordered. Had to go back and still did not receive my full order. Majority of the pull in stalls are totally removed. About 5 stalls in operation total. This sonic could use some quality control.

My husband and I stopped by to grab a drink and a snack real quick this afternoon, and Ricky the drive through man was absolutely joyful!! He made our day!! It’s so rare for someone to be so kind these days and we were so thankful to have chosen to run through sonic today. Mr. Ricky deserves a raise!!

The food was good, though this was my first time at this Sonic and it was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I ordered online and when I got there we sat at the menu for a good 5 minutes. Then a woman finally answered the intercom in which I told her I had a mobile order and she asked me “what?” To what I had said, and again I told her, I had a Mobile order. Then we sat there for another 3-4 minutes. Until another woman answered and asked again “welcome to sonic what can I get for you”, and we told them for the third time, I have a mobile order, the intercom cut out and we asked what the woman has said to which she replied with a very mean and rude attitude to pull to the window. We got to the window and sat there for a minute, and the woman at the window didn’t even acknowledge us but handed the food to us without saying a word.
