I ordered a green matcha latte. It taste horrible. Half of the cup was filled with foam. This place is not recommended. They did not give me a receipt. And seemed mad I did not leave them a tip.

Rude, rude, rude, cashier woman straight up said that they don't like it for customers to come inside, they want everyone to go through the drive-thru. Wouldn't take cash as a form of payment. I don't know if it's true or not but she said they don't except cash at the store. I wouldn't come back to this store

The staff is slow as hell and lazy. Took 20 minutes to order and get 2 drinks. One was a pink drink and after it was made it looked like everything in it was separating on its own. It tasted really weird and once finished I looked at the strawberries and one was so old it looked yellowish brown and the rest looked gross. I am disappointed and disgusted.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff was beyond rude and acted like they were doing a favor by serving me food I ordered. There were 3 teenagers there and they claim they have no manager or supervisor on site. Do yourself a favor. Make a left out of the gas station and drive 3 traffic lights down. There is a corporate Starbucks with the kindest , nicest staff ever. Don’t order from This trash store anymore.
We just moved here from Florida. Starbucks back home, the staff knew me by name and knew my order as I pulled up. The Starbucks in Atalla has been great, in regards to my coffee that I order. I haven’t had any issues. But, my issue is with the store manager. When she works the window, which has been the past two days, she is not friendly. Doesn’t smile, looks miserable and her customer service skills need some work. With that being said, the other staff members that have worked the window when she wasn’t there are exceptional. It’s just her.

I ordered an iced caramel macchiato this morning. Of course they were out of caramel. Asked for a plain iced coffee. They made it hot. When I told them I ordered iced coffee the worker rolled her eyes and remade it. It tasted horrible. 7 bucks wasted. Never again.

Loved that it was part of the fuel stop. Had their own entrance as well, so you don’t have to walk through the fuel stop, if you prefer. Lots of people but it was really flowing. I was needing cake pops to bring to our grand daughters in TN, so asked for 3 of their strawberry ones. The server offered a package of 3, instead of me having to somehow transport 3 cake pops undamaged for the rest of the journey. What a great idea! I am so truly thankful she thought enough to offer me that option! I was able to get them safely & unbroken the rest of the way! And yes, the girls loved them! :)

I make it short ! Everything horrible customer service the workers the atmosphere. Everything doesn’t even need one star ??!! . It needs -0 star. Almost 4 dollars for a stupid short coffee, plain coffee. I have no idea. It was a suggestion for a part of the gas station. Sorry This is not Starbucks. very I much sorry for the owner I said just get rid of all those workers there get new people with a smiling faces and nice personality thank you for reading.
