I ordered an iced caramel macchiato this morning. Of course they were out of caramel. Asked for a plain iced coffee. They made it hot. When I told them I ordered iced coffee the worker rolled her eyes and remade it. It tasted horrible. 7 bucks wasted. Never again.

Loved that it was part of the fuel stop. Had their own entrance as well, so you don’t have to walk through the fuel stop, if you prefer. Lots of people but it was really flowing. I was needing cake pops to bring to our grand daughters in TN, so asked for 3 of their strawberry ones. The server offered a package of 3, instead of me having to somehow transport 3 cake pops undamaged for the rest of the journey. What a great idea! I am so truly thankful she thought enough to offer me that option! I was able to get them safely & unbroken the rest of the way! And yes, the girls loved them! :)

I make it short ! Everything horrible customer service the workers the atmosphere. Everything doesn’t even need one star ??!! . It needs -0 star. Almost 4 dollars for a stupid short coffee, plain coffee. I have no idea. It was a suggestion for a part of the gas station. Sorry This is not Starbucks. very I much sorry for the owner I said just get rid of all those workers there get new people with a smiling faces and nice personality thank you for reading. Have a good day.

HAIR IN DRINk! Stopped here last Tuesday on my way from Birmingham to Chattanooga for my dog’s chemo. I noticed the bad ratings but didn’t think that meant my matcha would be unsafe to drink. Unfortunately I drank it all & then took off the top to munch on ice & noticed 🤢

I ordered a cappuccino and for some reason Starbucks believes that you get half a cup. In Italy when I get a cappuccino, I get a full cup with cream. no difference from McDonald’s for me now

They were out of every type of Danish or dessert we want, didn't offer to make us something or substitute anything. She was just plain rude from the moment she started speaking. We're regulars and wont be back! I didn't get her name but I did see it said store manager. I sure hope she was wearing someone else's name tag!

The atmosphere of the store was unbeatable, it had the community and overall vibe that anyone would want at Starbucks.
I recently visited this Starbucks location and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Jamie. From the moment I walked in, she demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth that made the experience stand out.
The music was amazing, the company and people inside made the experience even better.
Our first visit , the food and service was great. Emily , the manager was very friendly and attentive to our needs . We will definitely go back , highly recommend. James and Jolaine
Very rude staff not only to me but the gentleman in front of me as well. They messed up on his order as well as mine and then was very rude about it as it was our fault. Luckily I am just traveling so I will not have to stop at this location again….

The staff here on my visit 3.26.25 was very rude. They refused to add sweet to my son's drink and told me they could give me syrup in a cup and let me do it myself. I then asked for a new drink and they made it, but they were very rude. They refused to give me the customer service number and I told them this is the worst service I've ever had a Starbuck, to which the guy laughed. It is a shame to have rude customer service after spending so much to build the new building.

I have tried to get a correct drink at this location 3 times with no luck. I'm a simple sweet cream cold brew guy. One time it has a chunk of cream on top that continued to separate and is extremely bitter where the employee told me thats how it was suppose to be. It honestly embarrassed me, but I still refused the drink. I know that's incorrect bc I always get this at multiple locations in and outside of Gadsden. The next two both essentially gave me a glass of milk. VERY pale, with the cream premixed into the coffee, which is already incorrect. They're making a latte, not a cold brew. It's as simple as reading the ingredients on starbucks website. Third strike for me, even though the gm is incredibly nice, I won't be back.

I mean don't get me wrong; I got my drinks fast..... but as a former barista trainer and a current share holder, I didn't think the high-school drama conversation behind the counter was good for business.
