Absolutely love this bakery . Not a fan of overly sugary stuff but literally ALL the baked items have just the right amount of everything it is not too overpowering very good flavors you know that saying “don’t knock it till you try it” well yeah ! Just go try it and thank me later ! she does all kinds of stuff not every week is the same so keep a look out for new stuff 👀 Molly is the best very encouraging and sweet person she can have ALL my Starbucks run money 😂 she also has iced coffee drinks I haven’t tried those but I will one day.

Finally a bakery that doesn't use seed oils! Butter tastes soooo much better in pastries and cakes! Come taste the difference from other bakeries that use vegetable oil!

Amazing service, very accommodating.

I called a couple of months ago and asked how far in advance I could order a cake, and Molly (the shop owner) mentioned that it needed to be at least 2 weeks in advance. I called a little late for
a birthday cake (apologetically), and she still accommodated me.

Not saying Molly and her team can do that for everyone, but I was SO grateful they were able to go out of their way whenever possible!

Also, they have GF treats and are working on Vegan ones (my sister is vegan and I am GF) which isn't really a thing in Gadsden.

You can tell that this is Molly and her team's passion and that they have put so much of their hearts into this.

I cannot say enough good things about this bakery. I feel so lucky to have it close to home. The owners are absolutely adorable and Molly is an amazing baker. I have tried numerous items from this bakery since they opened and everything has been outstanding. The pastries are always perfectly baked and the flavors are spot on. This is the type of place that you want to tell everyone about but you also don't want anyone else to know about it because you want to have it all to yourself! Definitely try the cinnamon rolls if you're lucky enough that they are still there when you go.

Bought cupcakes and a cinnamon roll one morning and two sausage rolls the next. Bottled cold lattes available. Great little store would love to see the store have fresh coffee optiona in the future.

OMG. So good!! She did my son’s birthday cake and everyone said it was the best they have had! She also makes the most yummy gluten free treats! Pop tart is toddler approved!

Sweets and Sprouts Bakery is an absolute must-visit in Gadsden, Alabama. Even though it hasn’t been open a full year, it’s already one of the best bakery shops I’ve ever been to.

Molly, the owner and baker, is not only incredibly talented but also kind, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what she does. Her customer service is top-notch, and you can feel the love and care that goes into everything she makes.

Now, let’s talk about the sweets—wow. Her cinnamon roll is hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had. Soft, flavorful, and perfectly sweet—truly unforgettable.

We had the tastiest cupcake, cream horn, and chocolate chip cookie a few ago and I still think about it! The owner was so delightful and sweet spirited! She even gave me a cutting of her plant! Such a wonderful experience and I look forward to coming back!

Highly recommend Sweets and Sprouts for a unique cake. Molly is great to work with and pays attention to detail. She did a fantastic job on the wedding cakes for both of my daughters. Beautiful and delicious!
