Hadn't been in many years. Had family in town and took them for lunch. The state of the dining room was shabby and empty at 1230p. We were consumed with each other's company and chatted so much I didn't pay much attention to the food. Chips didn't seems homemade/authentic, Pico de Gallo was warm (from sitting out), none of the entrees were appetizing and I realized that none of the 4 of us had barely touched our food. Rice was cold and greasy, beans were bland and even the queso was odd to look at and tasted like anything but cheese. I was ashamed that I hadn't done more homework but last I knew, Villa was an absolutely amazing place to eat and enjoy family owned, decadent, authentic Mexican cuisine. That has changed. I will not be going back.

I ordered the chicken chimichanga with refried beans and salad as a takeout. I received my order quickly and the food was delicious 😋

If i could give zero stars i would. My Wife and I went for lunch today. It was absolutely awful 😖. There was slime in my Wife's water. Change to diet coke, there was even more SLIME in it. It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. the air-conditioning was out, and they had fans everywhere. I have been there before with no issues at all. Really sad that it has gone downhill like this Another restaurant put on my do not go to List.

It's generally a good experience. We've enjoyed going here for years.. Sometimes you can have a miss, the food isn't quite up to par or the server is having a bad day. However on average theyre usually great and we enjoy visiting for lunch or dinner.

Came upon this place by accident on our way back to Birmingham. We had planned to stop at Olive Garden next door, but there was a long wait. It was fate. This is the best Mexican food we have had in a long time! Our entire family loved it. The food was awesome, the prices were affordable, service was excellent. I wish it were closer to home. But I'll look forward to stopping by this gem on our way to visit our family in Georgia.

I absolutely adore Villa Fiesta. I have been to a lot of Mexican restaurants restaurants in my lifetime but ever since I first visited Villa Fiesta. In Gadsden al I was hooked. Regardless, how far it was from my home I would always take the time passing up many other ones just to have their delicious food and to see and talk to their wonderful servers they treat you like family you become one of the family members, they always remember your name. Don’t know how they do that with so many people, but they dress you up appropriately by your name, I was excited to find out that the Toni took over in Boaz, which is a lot closer to me so I started going there, but I always end up having a visit the one where I originally started Gadsden al we will be forever practitioners of this family ran restaurant the most of authentic Mexican food you will find.

When we came to the restaurant, we ordered or food and then waited way to long to be served and then also never hardly came back to fill our drinks and make sure we were okay. For the entire one hour stay (because we had to wait for 20 minutes for our tickets) she came to us once. Then, when we go to check out, we are charged for stuff that we did not even get. They would not fix the issue and kept trying to say we were lying. What makes the entire situation worse, the restaurant was not even busy and we could hardly hear each other due to the loud music playing.
