My husband and I entered store 1265 for breakfast and were greeted with smiles and "Welcome to Waffle House" by the employees. Our server, Lindsay, was friendly and took our drink orders soon after we sat down at our booth. She returned quickly with our drinks and we gave her our orders. The cooks did an excellent job and our All-Star Breakfast items were cooked just right and tasted delicious. Lindsay checked to see if we needed anything after we had eaten for a little while. The manager, Susan, was doing a wonderful job leading her team of servers and cooks to make our dining experience pleasant. I recommend eating at this Waffle House.

Came here twice, both times for biscuits and gravy($3), food was cooked in under 5 minutes and tasted amazing. the servers are nice and remember faces. the music isnt my taste but it isnt too loud will be returning

Servers and cooks were great. Didn't really care to hear about how horrible their job is but that can be fixed with them knowing don't talk like that is a customer can hear you. My grits had hard pieces like when you don't stir it good so u have hard clumps. My husband's hashbrowns were not "the greatest hashbrowns" but he was hungry so he ate it. I wanted over medium eggs and got scrambled so it wasn't what I ordered but I ate it.
This is the ONLY restaurant that I will order eggs. They are spot on every single time. Our waitress was great and friendly. Which helps with the restaurant experience. We will definitely go here again.

I love waffle house and usually the food is great. On this visit my granddaughter ordered bacon. It literally looked like it was just warmed, being white in color. Needless to say, she didn't eat it.

Waitress dropped off our food and bill and then a minute after saw the waitress leave the building, stepped into her car and left the site, leaving us unattended for our meal. Coffee and condiments were obtained getting up from our booth and asking anyone that would bother to respond to our requests. The manager seemed indifferent to our disappointing experience. You’d expect to be refilled with coffee and asked if everything was ok at least once. Poor service even at Waffle House.
