Had dinner there end of July. I’ve been meaning to write a review and have just gotten around to it. I had family from out of town visiting and we decided to go to Wellington Blue. I’m so glad that we did. Everything was outstanding from food to service. The granddaughters ordered the cheese appetizer and they were out of it. The chef made an extra effort and created one for them. They were also out of lemonade. The bartender made some especially for the girls. Everything that could have gone wrong didn’t happen. They really went out of their way to make everything right. Great food and services. Thanks Wellington for making our visit outstanding.

Food was OK, but nothing to brag about. The table was sticky, and one of our party had Dani-wipes in her purse. She wiped down the table before the waitress got to the table, and it was FILTHY. Poor beer selection, with only limited bottled selections and no drafts. Steaks were good, salads fresh, fried green tomatoes were the HIT of the dinner, though...

Me and Tenley Winks went here tonight. I’ve been here already and enjoyed it but tonight was the best. They had the fried mushrooms for me (Thank you Scott and Tonya) and Winks tried the cheese bombs.

Loved the chopped steak with gravy and mushrooms today for lunch and very reasonable prices.

Awesome Food! Best okra and mixed vegetables. My chopped steak had the best flavor. Great location right on the river in Gadsden

The food is 5 star restaurant quality. Very impressed with the food. We started with cheese bombs and fried green tomatoes. For our entree we both had the Wellington. We didn’t even speak because we were in heaven. We were full, but decided we had to explore more and have dessert too. Very talented kitchen!

Amazing food and service. Beautiful views of Coosa River

Burger tasted good but bacon was pretty well charred black. Beef patties were not much thicker than the bacon. Toasted bun was good. Fries were good

The food is good but everything else is wrong. Our bottle of wine was never opened, steak served with no sides, salads came out after or meals

Horrible service. Good food. We had reservations and didn't have a long wait for a table, but once sat waited over and hour and a half for our meal. I would also expect the staff to dress nicer if they are trying to market this as a fine dining establishment. Scott was nice and made things right, but they have a long ways to go if they plan on competing with some of the other restaurants in the area.

Very good food. Steaks as good as Ruth's Chris. Mahi Mahi better than at the beach. Very nice atmosphere. Great service and very friendly staff.
