I have attempted to eat at this Wendy’s three times now. Once they were only accepting cash. Once they were only accepting door dash orders. When they actually serve you, they’re rude. They close early. I love Wendy’s, but this location needs help bad.

They messed my order up first time, went back this morning: Two employees out back smoking, one car in line; I sat there ten minutes waiting to get to the window One car in line ahead of me, they were just letting it sat there! I backed up asked the woman outside smoking asked what is the problem, been in line for ten mins. She screamed for Jesse, whom ever that is, still no movement, needless to say just pulled off!!! Called Customer Service no help there, Foreigner answered and had no clue! I will drive all the way to RBC Wendy's before I will return to that store!!!;
Waited for them to unlock the door and when the little blonde girl named Mandy came to unlock it she was very rude and disrespectful to us to the point that you could tell that she didn't want us there. Barely would speak up to anyone. We felt so unwelcome that we left there and went to Jack's where they make you feel welcome. Do not go here unless you want to feel unwelcome!!!

Came here SPECIFICALLY FOR A VANILLA frosty.....ordered online went to the speaker and it wasn't until she brought CHOCOLATE to the window that I was told we only have chocolate!!!!!!!!! WHY??? why advertise all over Google and TV that vanilla is available??? Won't be coming back...customer service is not longer...
