Came here SPECIFICALLY FOR A VANILLA frosty.....ordered online went to the speaker and it wasn't until she brought CHOCOLATE to the window that I was told we only have chocolate!!!!!!!!! WHY??? why advertise all over Google and TV that vanilla is available??? Won't be coming back...customer service is not longer...

BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
Manager Jazzy and GM Margret refused to honor an app order of a nugget party pack only providing 20 nuggets with the GM saying I should only be getting 18. I showed them the website where it says 50 and the office Wendy's app where I made the purchase and the manager Jazzy responded with "I do not control the website or the app; we would lose money from the sale" and still refused to honor the purchase. Blatant false advertisement and theft. Stood there so long trying to get assistance the food I did get was cold. Could not call support as they are closed on Sundays. Worst fast food experience in my life. Do yourself a favor and take your business anywhere else.

Only customer in the restaurant and they serve us cold, tuff chicken sandwiches, nuggets and fries. Coke was flat and one of our cups had a hole in the side of it. Food was so bad we couldn't even eat it. Just spent 23.00 and left. Worse food I've ever had at a Wendy's. Don't bother stopping here!

Went to Wendy's on Monday Nov 25, 2024 for lunch. Staff was standing around just talking to each other. After standing at the counter for a while I had to shout to get some attention and help. There were no other customers in the lobby. It seemed I was an inconvenience to them. There was a "now hiring" sign. I guess they needed more help ignoring customers. Never going there again!
