Good for a fast food place

We enjoyed the Cobb and Asian salads for dinner. It was a great alternative to fast food on the road.

The food is always hot and fresh, and service is fast. They are super friendly and this is one of my go to spots in Rainbow City. Keep up the good work.

Food is great service is great.
Only problem and why they don't get more buisness is because their little unlit sign 20 feet away from the road and on the ground is always missed by customers driving by. I have ate at other establishments nearby with lit signs up in the air that I can see from the road because I missed zaxbys. Bad decision on whoever made that choice.

Please be kind and make it known before charging for a cup of water. Last week it was .25 this week it was .50. Treat your customers right.

I put in an order at 1244 and hadn’t received it by 3pm when I called and asked they refused to give it to a different driver and when I said fine just give me my money back and they tell me it will take 12 days to get my money back. Horrible customer service no solution to the problem and it’s not there problem and the dash driver is free to come and go when they want if they get around to bringing you your food then all is well if not it isn’t there problem

whoever the young girl is that works at the drive through window (shift tonight would be 7:34pm on november 11th) needs to be FIRED. she has her hair up and it’s half blonde and half brown, idk what her problem is but somebody pissed in her cereal cause never in my life have i met someone so rude. if you don’t like your job, LEAVE. no one wants you there. moral of the story go to a different zaxby’s or don’t go through the drive though because she gives everybody dirty looks and back talks.

I have yet to call corporate but will. We ordered around $50 worth of food. We got home I was missing two small chicken sandwiches and I got the wrong taco. I told the lady taking my order that I wanted the taco with picomultiple times. I got the bacon one. I NICELY called because I had to go work. My daughter did not even get to eat any food from there because hers was left off. The manager Miguel told me HIMSELF that I could have them replaced. He was the manager on duty when the order was messed up.he asked IF I had the receipt and told me IF I have it to write his name on it so I would know who I sooke to. I wasNEVER told I had to have it to receive the food THEY messed up. I was actually told he would write it in the book. I went to the store not even three days later AND ORDERED ANOTHER30 worth of food . I told them I spoke to Miguel and what happened. The employee stepped out to call him and he said I could not get the food with a receipt. I then said I wanted a refund to forget about the food. She stepped back to call him again. He REFUSED and then said I could CHOOSE between my two sandwiches that cost $4 or the taco that cost $3. That is absolutely RIDICULOUS AND COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL AND THERE IS NO SINCE IN IT. I could have called being rude or asked for alot more. I ended up taking the sandwich and paying for the taco because my son was with me. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN TO A PLACE THAT IS THIS RIDICULOUS AND MONEY HUNGRY. I have been in the food industry for years and that's how you lose customers. I do have my receipt and if I was TOLD I HAD to have it I would have made sure it was in my purse. I will call corporate. It may not do anything but if he has enough complaints it will. This man is VERY unprofessional and should not be in management. He might have saved $3 but we spend a lot of money here. Not anymore. Before I bought the $3 taco I had already spent around $100 there that week...maybe more COMPLETELY GREEDY AMD UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT THIS MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED HE IS ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL

Ordered. Got food and couldn't find a clean table to sit at. After sitting saw hair on top of drink cup. Took it for exchange. Then started to eat and saw a long black hair embedded in the toasted bread. Sorry but can't eat food that has hair in it. Not from the area but definitely will not return to this location.

Extremely busy!!
Lobby was crazy napkins and fries on the floor. Door dasher waiting more than 30 minutes on their order. I just gave up on ordering anything and went home.

Ordered on the mobile app. Waited in the drive thru and they didn’t have the order. This was the 2nd time this has happened. Asked me to pull forward. Waited and waited. Finally went in to pick it up. 46 minutes from the time of order. No apologies, no thank you, nothing.
