the chick with the nose ring is the worst part of this Moes experience. the only time we get the appropriate serving sizes is when she has a day off. She has an attitude the moment you walk in and they delete google reviews that point out this serious unprofessionalism. I literally offer to pay extra JUST to have my bowl full. She sucks and the restaurant is on it's way behind her. I hate Chipotle but hey the bowls are full now🤷🏽♂️
placed an order online 30 minutes earlier. Arrived late to pick up and they still didn't have my order ready. Let the lady at the register know that my food was not ready and then proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes while they made other customers food before they made mine. What is the point of ordering online if your treated as a second class customer.
I asked for FRESH DICED JALAPEÑOS and the young lady picked them up and SMEARED THEM on my burrito because they were SLIMEY!! I said ma'am wait those are slimey they aren't supposed to be that way, why are they like that? To which she replied, oh no they are supposed to be like that because they just came out the container??! WHAT?! FRESH JALAPEÑOS SLIMEY??!! IN WHAT WORLD?! THOSE ARE SPOILED AND BAD AND NOT EVEN A DAY OLD TO BE SLLIIMMEEELLYYY!!
