I had the best experience out of all 3 of my surgeries I have had here at WMC. Dr. Dale and his surgical team made me feel very at ease and took great care of me. They were through and processed everything in a timely manner. Everything was great from Admissions, to blood work, pre op and also post on. I would definitely recommend them anytime.
Wiregrass Medical Center is an absolute diamond in the rough. This facility, along with their staff, is a treasure. In a world where healthcare is changing for the worse , thank GOD there is still a hospital where the caregivers actually CARE about their patients.
I went there with a bad kidney infection as well as anxiety, and anyone who has ever had anxiety and tried to get help knows the stigma and the way some hospitals staff treat you. But WMC listened to me, the genuinely...
Most times it's awesome but occasionally one worker....well let's just say if she's on the line I won't eat...3X she's made my eggs and 3X there are egg shells in my food...as well she has a poor attitude that is not customer service oriented!
