Grand Bay Dunkin..... Hands down the best customer service! My daughter’s yearbook class decided to get Dunkin coffees for their Christmas party. So she volunteered to go this morning and get 13 coffees and 1 order of donuts!
I tried Calling to see if I can go ahead and place the order over the phone but the line was busy.

Came in on my drive to Texas, the drive through was packed and knew the wait would be at least 5-10 min before receiving my food. Kelley and another young woman made my morning with their courtesy and effort to good service. My son loved his munchkins. Thank you guys

I stopped going there for a while due to a really bad experience a while back. Recently started going again and the employees are really friendly, it'schanged my opinion. This store specifically also offers military discount.

The team is attentive and helpful, as seen when a courteous associate asked if there was anything else needed after placing an order. While service is generally good, there was an instance where employees appeared to ignore customers and mumbled orders, making it hard to know if the order was correct. The drive-thru offers the option to pre-order, but customers may encounter limited options through the app and website, especially on Tuesdays when the location is closed for online orders. One staff member, Kellie, was noted for being especially kind and helpful, making visits more pleasant. Overall, this Dunkin' is a place where customers can expect a satisfying experience with a team that strives to meet expectations.
