Very HIgh quality meat! When they say “you pay for what you get” this is very true! I’ve been to the facility where they pick the crab meat and it is VERY CLEAN, well sanitized beyond other shops that I have been to! If you ever get the chance to go view and see how nice and clean the facility is , you would be AMAZED!

I have always bought a pound of crab meat for my gumbo . Apparently First time purchasing your product. I added the $25.00 pound of crab meat only to have to spit out all most every bite we took! No I did not read the small print on the back that said to remove shells before using... For $25.00 I should not have to remove anything. So now I have a $68.00 pan of gumbo that we will not eat! I will never buy another product from your company... you don’t even deserve a one star!
