First time and last , cooks were talking and laughing on top of your food, very noisy because everything and everyone from the cooks to the dishwashers are in front of you no berrier... Was a very uneasy experience not a typical food chain restaurantServing though was great from the moment you enter and sitting down... Food was not what we expected my son didn't like his grits plate I was ok with grilled sandwiche and hoppy was also disappointed. Maybe our taste buds are different because people were coming and going constantly.

I'm a trucker,this waffle house is across the st from truckstop,went in at 7:30 p.m.dirty dishes on tables 55degres outside 45degress inside freezing In there if I was at home I would have left do better.

I give the company a2 but the staff and service get 5 stars. That said, it will be my last visit to a waffle house because they are charging two separate fees of $3.05 on Togo orders! If you have to recoup cost for Togo supplies raise your prices don't charge fees above everything. Lost my business.
The young lady that help with me today went over and beyond to help me I have been someone suffering with TMJ degenerative disease and a fraction jaw that had not heal correctly so I undergo surgery next week so I haven't been able to actually chew food for over a yr and she went over and beyound to help me have the best soft food I actually didn't have to use my jaw something I could easily swallow and I haven't ate that much or that good in a yr I am so happy with the service thanks to this young girl
